As the baseball season approaches, I have begun to tier my players and think it would be a great thread if we could come up with a consensus. We are never going to get everyone to agree on every player but this could turn out to be a nice cheat sheet as we all get ready for our drafts. We will do one at every position. I will monitor it and add/drop as people see fit.

Tier 2: Fielder, A Gonzalez, D Lee, J Loney

Tier 3: Helton, Konerko, Kotchman, Garko, Overbay, C Pena

Tier 4: A Laroche, A Huff, C Jackson, N Johnson, R Sexson

Solid list. Are you that sure about Pena. I just dont know where to slot him. He could be huge but he could come back to Earth. Well see what others have to say
 
Wow - Delgado doesn't even make any of these tiers? I understand he was brutal last year but before that he was pretty consistant.

At the very least I'd put him in Tier 4 and maybe Tier 3. I'd rather take a chance on Delgado in Tier 4 to outproduce the likes of Huff, Sexson or Nick Johnson.

He's also in the last year of his contract which will add some motivation.
