This is from CBS Sportsline. I thought Camarillo was on the bubble to even make the squad. Now he is starting. Wow.
Camarillo is the only reason we did not finish 0-16 last season. DEEP sleeper to keep an eye on.
Greg Camarillo, WR MIA
News: The Miami Herald reports Dolphins WR Greg Camarillo has been working with the first team this week opposite Ted Ginn Jr. and will have an expanded role Sunday against the Jets, coach Tony Sparano said Wednesday. Derek Hagan confirmed Camarillo has replaced him on the first team in practice. Camarillo, who caught six passes for 58 yards in the preseason, said coaches stopped short of telling him that he would start Sunday. Sparano praised Camarillo's consistency in the preseason. "We really haven't given him a lot of opportunities to be on the field for long periods of time," Sparano said. "He's got really good awareness. He gives the quarterback a pretty sound target. The guy has excellent hands, can run after the catch. He's sneaky fast. I really like what the guy has done."
Analysis: Camarillo could be worth keeping an eye on as the season goes on, but neither he or Hagan are worth owning at this point. Keep both on the waiver wire for Week 1 against the Jets.
