Carson Planter: This is a guy who has thrown for 30+ touchdowns... and has had multiple 4,000-yard seasons. Yet you can snag him ultra-cheap. Not saying he's going to BLOW up by any instance. But the past shows us he has teh capability. That's the same reason Brady will continue to be a top 3 QB off the board. Will he likely put up 50 TDs again...? No way, but merely the fact he has the potential to do-so makes him a top pick. I see Planter with similar although less upside than Brady.
Steve Johnson: Mug from Buffalo. More of a sleeper, but you can probably get this guy for less than nothing. Saw some playin time his rookie season but was kept off the field due to the addition of TO. TO will most likely be gone next season and a new head coach will evaluate the slew of Buffalo WRs.

May be a man-crush but this guy will definitely do something. All else fails... 3rd year breakout? :X
DeAngelo Williams: Dwilla got shutdown the last portion of the year... and all the attention went to J-Stewart. But this is a guy with immense potential. This will likely be the lowest you'll be able to buy him until he's at the tail-end of his career.
Matt Ryan: Hurt this season, but was on pace for a decent season. Too much talent for him not to produce, first round pedigree. Yet people are throwing him around like he's worthless.

Get him cheap and enjoy top 10 production for a LONG time, with top 5 upside.
Brandon Jacobs: When the Giants are a passing team, they are a losing team. Expect Jacobs to return to form this year after an embarrassing 09' campaign. He's available cheap and has a 15TD upside. While he'll see more of a split with Bradhsaw, Jacobs will still feast in the redzone.
Joseph Addai: Well he certainly had a quiet 13TD season didn't he? First round pedigree, one bad year... can catch passes out of the backfield. While he'll lose touches to Donald Brown, there's serious upside when a back catches 51+ balls. Yes, Addai caught 51 passes this past year... Manning trusts him and Addai is still young.
Brandon Marshall: Basketcase... but I don't mind. Owners will fear he'll get benched when he acts up. I say buy low and enjoy stud production when he plays.
Jerricho Cotchery: This all depends on how you feel about Sanchez. But the facts are he's a former 1,000 yard receiver. Who was absolutely tearing it up at the beginning of the season before he got hurt. While the Jets will be a run-first team, Cotchery will likely emerge as a decent WR3 with WR2 Upside. Give him another year with Sanchez and let's see where we're at.
Kenny Britt: The kid can flat out play. Watch the games with Vince Young at the helm. He loves to target Britt. Big reciever, only 21 years old. 701 yards, 3TDs as a rookie in limited playing time. I'll take it.
Mike Wallace: Steelers like this kid alot. Elite speed, and they know how to get the ball in his hands. Wouldn't expect him to breakout next season. But buy him low now, stash and reciever great benefits. Hines Ward is a tough man, but at 33 his best years are behind him. Expect Wallace and Holmes to give defenses nightmares in the near future.
(39 Catches, 756 yards, 6TDs... oh hell yeah.)
Mike Thomas: Love the way this kid plays. Will develop to be a perfect compliment to Sims-Walker. Oh and to whom it may concern he also returns kicks. Once Garrard is gone, expect some good things out of Jacksonville's offense. (Torry Holt needs to take a hint aswell. ;P)
