i just don't understand why they can't call things equally. stupid pansy "unnecessary roughness" penalties abound, yet when Stafford gets drilled up high well after the throw he NEVER gets a flag. you'd think he was Vick. And Suh's dirtiness is WAY overblown. that was his first PF this entire season tonight...and it was a nonsense call. if he were really a dirty player he'd have more than 2 penalties in 13 games. I didn't see whatever hit by Fairley you're talking about, but if it was bad then it should be called too. the double standard with #### like that and then calling these hits on WRs is ridiculous. the games are becoming unwatchable because it's all so inconsistent.
 
Not that it matters, but that is a stupid timeout. Now you don't get to use the 2 minute warning because the clock stops when Detroit takes over. Shows how bad the coaching is.

I have a bunch of friends that work on it, some in post production so they see the whole episode put together. They all say it's utterly hilarious. I agree that the promos haven't made it look very good though.
 
Always sucks watching the opposing fantasy QB get the ball in these types of situations

w/ 118 more tonight, Calvin is now 302 yards from tying Jerry Rice w/ 3 games to go. should be interesting. They should just feed him all game long since the season is ####.

Yeah...adding one of the best pass rushers in the game won't help a defense that is severely lacking in a pass rush right now.You sir are crazy.
 
a lot of comments on the defense.. the Offensive line stinks and the Lions dominated most of the game. The Packers are not going to outscore teams when the QB is running for his life constantly

When I get angry at you, I'll let you know. So far though you're a mild annoyance at best. And even then it's more like a 10:1 ratio of sad laughter to annoyance. Sorry to burst your bubble.eta: I am a little peeved that the last Det FG cost me a parlay that would've paid about $200. So I guess there's that.

The Oline is bad...but has improved in a few areas.Barclay looks better at RT than Lang was since Bulaga has been out.Lang is much better at LG than he is at RT...and better than Dietrich Smith there.So getting him back (he was active tonight...and ready if they had an injury...but another week should do him good)...but getting him back will help some.They still won't be a great or even that good OL...but they don't necessarily have to be.

I have a brazillion dollars that says they won't sure up the defense. Even Cameo says that's dumb. They will however probably shore up the defense. The pressure has been lacking and that can only help with Clay and Woodson back.

Especially with Shields back and playing well...Tramon again playing well...and having House and Hayward doing well and getting all this experience.But yeah...no real impact from adding back a guy like Clay Matthews.

I have a brazillion dollars that says they won't sure up the defense. Even Cameo says that's dumb. They will however probably shore up the defense. The pressure has been lacking and that can only help with Clay and Woodson back.

Hey, Id love to see the Pack get it going but I dont like what I see. Not trying to stir it up you know but Im disappointed lately
 
People can say whatever they want about Suh, but calling that penalty on him had nothing to do with the actual play and everything to do with the name on his jersey.

It's a ####### joke. :thumbdown:
