I'm chickening out - for now. This started a few weeks ago when the toilet bowl looked like a murder scene for a week straight. It seemed to go away a week later, but returned again last week. Last night I was serving up some fruit punch. Luckily, this problem has only been on the bowl though thus far.

I am going to double down on my fiber and water intake and layoff the booze for the next week or so.

 
First of three bandings done yesterday,feels like penance for pondering the use of a hall pass. The doc is all booked up, round 2 is a few days before Valentine's.
 
77 hours in and Roid Rage is in full gear.



There is darkness so that we can appreciate light.

We have family so that we can appreciate friends.

There is pain so that we can appreciate joy.


Right now I'm ready to give up joy.
