:X If this were a "cool tats" contest, Kaep would win hands down. The Redskins have made the purge. Hoyer is gone soon. The niners will no doubt waste more time with this flat brimmed hat wearing clown.
Put either one of them behind an average to above average offensive line, with actual coordinators, and you'd see numbers similar to the top QB's in the NFL.
I don't see it. Mariota has the legs that Griffin lost, and he actually knows how to throw touch passes rather than throwing everything 120mph like Krapernick.Mariota will be next on this list
Cutler is on this list too. What about Dalton? Seems like the terrible overpaid QB list must include him.

I'm his biggest fan-boy. Every bit of the "Big Ben skill set" is there, plus he has wheels. Just hoping he doesn't get shell-shocked by taking so much punishment early in his career, David Carr-style.I hope so, but currently belongs in the bottom tier.see also

This. It's gonna be fascinating. The last 9 years' drafts, we have Luck as a clear elite QB. That's it. Lots of guys 3-5 years in who will be floating around.I can hardly wait to see what happens to the all the de-franchized QBs this off season. Even QBs like Sam Bradford and Jake Locker.

Thought I was the only one who noticed this. I've always called him RG-Look at me. Imagine if all those hours doing his commercials and magazine shoots were actually put into you know...practicing and watching film.just_want_2_win said:RG III can't even throw or run and his coach hates him because he doesn't even care about football but rather his image.
Kaep therefore edges him out as slightly less crappy.

Nah nah nah you doing it wrong. You can't pick a guy who's still developing.Geno Smith
Next poll: Who's a bigger SHOWBOAT: Colin Kaepernick or RG Look at me ?Thought I was the only one who noticed this. I've always called him RG-Look at me. That won't matter. Kaepernick and RGIII can't read defenses properly. That's their problem. I don't care how good their arm is or that they can run the ball. If you don't know where the ball is supposed to go, you're doomed as an NFL QB.eddietoca said:Put either one of them behind an average to above average offensive line, with actual coordinators, and you'd see numbers similar to the top QB's in the NFL.
The NFL quality of QB play is going to be in trouble in a few years when Manning, Brady and Brees are gone. All that is coming out of the college ranks is trash like these guys. For every Andrew Luck, there are 50 of these turds that have no idea how to play NFL QB because in college they are taught to look at the first read and then run. That won't matter. Do not forget about Rogers. There will likely also be other very good QBs in the league by the time Peyton, Brady and Brees retire. Doubt any are as great as those 3 but there should be some good QBs. At least I hope so. Interested in a stake in an up and coming Midwest Water Bottling Venture?Put either one of them behind an average to above average offensive line, with actual coordinators, and you'd see numbers similar to the top QB's in the NFL.
Mariota will be next on this list
Saved for posterity.

A much better fit for his current skill level.Read the title as Robert Griffin the Turd.
Subway commercials, Adidas commercials, Gatorade commercials, USAA commercials, ESPN cover shoots, GQ cover shoots, etc.A much better fit for his current skill level. As another poster said, this guy had tremendous passing numbers in college. He ran but he was a big time passer. What the hell happened to this guy?Read the title as Robert Griffin the Turd.
We're pretty happy with the guy we've got up in Seattle.This. It's gonna be fascinating. The last 9 years' drafts, we have Luck as a clear elite QB. That's it. Ok. He's not clear elite. But I'd be happy with him too. We're pretty happy with the guy we've got up in Seattle.This. He's a clear elite system qb. Much much better than that flat-brimmed wearing fool over in the bay.Ok. He's not clear elite. Sure. I've never said anything else. All I said was everyone clamors for 'elite QB!' But since Aaron Rodgers was drafted there has been 1 clear elite QB (Luck). Then you have your Ryans and Flaccos and Wilsons and Staffords. Clearly not going anywhere. He's a clear elite system qb. Much much better than that flat-brimmed wearing fool over in the bay.Ok. Not going anywhere like the super bowl?Sure. I've never said anything else. All I said was everyone clamors for 'elite QB!' But since Aaron Rodgers was drafted there has been 1 clear elite QB (Luck). Then you have a lot of younger players who may have not impressed their teams enough but are not without talent. Kaep, RG3, Foles, Glennon etc. That's gonna be interesting iMO.
Not going anywhere like not traded or released. Are you just screwing with me?The first quote in this string was about QBs who are de-franchised.proninja said:Not going anywhere like the super bowl?mr roboto said:Sure.
