There was a fairly decent-sized gathering in Chicago a few years back when Joe Bryant was in town. I remember Chet wasn't able to attend but bought a round for everyone. There's a group picture floating around somewhere.

A dozen of the runners met in Kentucky for the Bourbon Chase 200 mile relay a couple years ago. As race teams crossed the finish line, their home town was announced. We were introduced as being "from the internet." A few of the guys have formed separate teams to repeat that event. Note that I spelled out "Kentucky." I didn't want to mention a dozen FBGs and "KY" in the same sentence for fear of misinterpreted shenanigans.
Some of us 10K thread guys regularly get together for training runs and other races. And beer.
