Game Thread W7 - Pittsburgh V Cincinnati (1 Viewer)

Does Palmer look flustered? I am not watching the game so it's tough to get a feel.
As much as it pains me to say this, yes. He's not making the reads that he normally would and he's making some bad throwing decisions. I can't really pinpoint where it turned - he looked sharp to start the game.

Won't show up on the stat sheet, but FWP just had the run of the game. He was stuffed for a couple yard loss and it would have brought up 4th down. He did a little juke move and ended up gaining 10+ yards. The Steelers are just gonna eat up the clock now.Parker at 18 rushes, 129 yards, 1 TD for the game

Bengals lose to a good pitt team. They will shake it off next game. This bengals team is legit.I trust Marvin and he will do what is best for the team, but Rudi was killing the steelers and then poof never to be heard from again.

GG Bengals. I admit, I thought we were in trouble in this spot...
The reversed TD, the tipped pass for a INT....this game was a few plays from being alot closer....Bottom line is theyve played 2 solid defenses, and have 2 loses.

Just curious and I'm not rubbing salt, they played 2 good teams and lost both. Your sataement is a bit of an oxymoron, no?

I think this game shows that Cincy is a good but not great team. They can't yet compete with the better teams in the league, but they'll win most of the games they should.

Haynes fumble recovered by the Bengals!! Just 3 quick TDs and we're back in this thing!

What was the over/under for the game? That might have been a nice little backdoor cover for those that bet the over?

Congrats to Pittsburgh for a well earned victory.Let's hope that Cincy can improve and steal the next one @ PIT

weak CJ mock.
Ward must be the most unoriginal celebrator in the league. Always ripping people off.
Miss the point much? The only time he does any celebrations at all is when he's playing a team with a WR who is known for doing celebrations. Every other TD he scores, he either does a simple spike, or he runs to the back of the endzone and hands the ball to a fan.

He does them as a jab to the WRs he's playing against, not because he saw it the week before and thought it looked cool.

Nice idea in theory, but the net effect is yet another obnoxious faggy end zone dance  I'd rather somebody body slam the dork doing the dance.PS didn't see all the same but what in the f....lip with abandoning the run? Johnson was doing well.

Well, it probably depends on if you like any celebrations at all. If you don't, I can see why you wouldn't like it. My only point was that If you do like some of them and you're knocking Ward for his being a "ripoff", you're not watching very closely.

Well, he could have at least practiced a bit to make it look a lil better. My buddy, who is a Steeler fan (hey, nobody's perfect), loved it.

I would like it a lot less if he spent even 5 seconds practicing it. It's a quick FU to the other receiver -- Not something he wants to work on choreographing.

I like celebrations and even like Mocks if done like TO did to Ray Ray. Doing someone's thing better is sweet. Doing it like crap is well, crap. I know what his point is, that didn't escape me but doing crappy celebrations do not entertain me and the only thing worse that a crappy celebration is a mock off a good or crappy celebration. Chad's riverdance was  , Wards' mock of it was  I see his point is to mock people but he comes off as jealous that he can't think up anything of his own.

Cool for you but if someone mocks someone, it is cooler to me to do it better than them.
