Go on record. Give a thumbs up/down on some controversial (1 Viewer)

The USC Pro Day/Jarrett thread got me thinking that we should track who supported whom. Then look back next year. I'll list a few that I think have the most controversy, we can add more names.

Give a  , ;) , or  (neutral) for these guys:

Brady Quinn -

Jamarcus Russell -

Ted Ginn -

Dwayne Jarrett -

Levi Brown -

Leon Hall -

Brady Quinnn :moneybag:

Jamarcus Russell :stalker:

Ted Ginn :moneybag:

Dwayne Jarrett :lmao:

Levi Brown :lmao:

Leon Hall :moneybag:

from an nfl view...

Brady Quinn -

Jamarcus Russell -

Ted Ginn -

Dwayne Jarrett - :hot:

Levi Brown -

Leon Hall -

Good Thread idea

Brady Quinn :wall: May not turn out to be Tom Brady but the experience with Weis makes him unlikely to bust

Jamarcus Russell  love his talent but hate his experience and possible destination (oakland)

Ted Ginn - 1st round WR should come with more polish, solid 2nd round pick though

Dwayne Jarrett - Chris Houston shut him down, let's hope Houston is exceptionally talented

Levi Brown - tons of experince, he's not pretty but he will maul you right off the feild

Leon Hall - :wall: I don't think that "timed speed" of his always transfers itself to the field

Quinn - Russell - Ginn - Jarrett - Brown - Hall - :bye: As a Raider fan I don't really prefer getting either QB at the #1 pick, but I'd be fine with either one for different reasons we probably all have heard plenty about. Maybe I don't see enough college ball, but I just am plain confussed on Hall's hype and as a USC fan, and being honest with myself, I just don't see Jarrett's game translating to the NFL. I really would have liked to see him get another year of college ball in before the move to the NFL.

:bye:

Quinn

Ginn (as a special teamer)

Jarrett

Lynch (because someone esle mentioned him)

Russell

Ginn (as a WR)

also...

Tony Hunt

Michael Bush

Levi Brown

Leon Hall

Brady Quinn - :D

Jamarcus Russell -

Ted Ginn -

Dwayne Jarrett - :goodposting:

Levi Brown -

Leon Hall -

I was in the fence with Levi Brown, bubt I gave him the benifit of a doubt.

Brady Quinn  reminds me of McNabb

Jamarcus Russell  to :goodposting: physical ability but needs dedication

Ted Ginn  the next Steve Smith

Dewayne Jarrett :bye: somewhere between Keyshawn and BMW, closer to BMW

Levi Brown  solid but not a star

Leon Hall  the next Ahmad Carroll

Brady Quinn -

Jamarcus Russell -

Ted Ginn -

Dwayne Jarrett -

Levi Brown -

Leon Hall - :dunno:

Jarrett - IMO a Reggie Williams/Mike Williams type

Ginn - A burner, not a WR

Brady Quinn - benefits from the glow of Notre Dame and Charlie Weiss

Jamarcus Russell - Will be a quality starter, but nothing more.

Ted Ginn - Will be game breaking returner, but doesn't have the route running ability to be a difference maker at WR

Dwayne Jarrett - Same as Mike Williams

Levi Brown - Solid pro, sometime Pro-Bowler

Leon Hall - Solid pro, a few Pro-Bowls

Good commentary

Adrian Peterson

i know he wasn't one of your listed players but I still think he's controversial due to the fact that he has been injured on and off during college. That said, I think he's going to be a bonafide STUD. Year in Year out All Pro Stud. We'll see I guess.

Brady Quinn  - I dont think he'll be a world beater but he'll be a solid Pro Qb

Ted Ginn Jr  - It might take him a year or two but he'll be a stud. Probably not a prototypical WR but a fast guy that can take it to the house, think very early Steve Smith, although I dont think he'll reach Smith's eventual status.

JaMarcus Russell  - Not a complete write off but I need to see more of this guy. I'm always cautious of the Akili Smith kind of hype a guy gets after one big year.

Levi Brown  - Havent seen all that much of him but I was impressed with what i saw

Leon Hall  - I think he was solid for Michigan this past season, will be a solid Pro, not a Pacman Jones/Champ Bailey talent, but if you can grab him in the 20's of the first round, I'd say its a good pickup.

Brady Quinn - :lmao: Good NFL QB

Jamarcus Russell - Boom or Bust, I'm guessing Bust

Ted Ginn - :lmao: Peter Warrick Part Two

Dwayne Jarrett - A better Keyshawn

Levi Brown - Overrated, but still a decent NFL OL

Leon Hall - :lmao: Just Overrated

Ted Ginn - :lmao: (strictly return guy)

Brady Quinn :) reminds me of McNabb

Jamarcus Russell  to :deadhorse: physical ability but needs dedication

Ted Ginn  the next Steve Smith

Dewayne Jarrett :banned: somewhere between Keyshawn and BMW, closer to BMW

Levi Brown  solid but not a star

Leon Hall :D the next Ahmad Carroll
Does everyone compare Jarrett to BMW just because they went to USC?? Other than their USC ties and their 40 times, I don't think they are even close to being the same WR.
