16-Team Dynasty League on MFL (0.25 PPR, 0.05/return yards, IDP).

The team will have no worse then the 1.03 in next year's rookie draft and does have an additional draft pick in the 1st round this year. I had to remove the owner of this team due to not submitting future payment from trading away his 2016 1st round draft pick, and constant inactivity throughout the season. I would be expecting any new owner of this team to be able to make a definite 2 year commitment, as this team does have 2 2015 1sts.

This is a salary cap based league.
League Fee will be $50 per team, to be handled by LeagueSafe. MFL fees will be taken from the entry fees (~$6 per team). This league will employ a Dynasty Jackpot, where 15% of the League Fee ($7.50) will go to form the Dynasty Jackpot. The Dynasty Jackpot will be awarded to the team who wins the league championship in 2 consecutive years, it will continue to accrue until this occurs. The potential winnings with this setup can be substantial. The remainder of the entry fees will go towards the seasonal winnings (70%-20%-10% of the remaining).
For those who are interested in the numbers, the following is the exact breakdown of the money:
MFL site fee - $69.95 (based on 2014; therefore $5.83 per team.
Total League Entry Fees - $50 per team ($800 total collection per season, $730.05 after MFL fees paid.)
Dynasty Jackpot (15% of total League Fee Collection) - $7.50 per team (Totals $120 per season) + $0.05 each season.
After the above listed fees are removed $610 remain for the seasonal winnings (70%-20%-10% of the remaining):
1st place: $427
2nd place: $122
3rd place: $61

The league will be a fractional based scoring system.
Passing: 0.04 per yard, 4 TD pass, -2 INT
Rushing: 0.1 per yard, 6 TD rush, -2 fumble
Receiving: 0.1 per yard, 6 TD rec, 0.25 PPR, -2 fumble
Return: 0.05 per yard, 6 TD
IDP: points for tackle, assist tackle, sack, pass def, int, fumble rec, ect (the goal is for equal IDP scoring in comparison to Offensive Player scoring)
Trading
Draft pick trading is enabled. To prevent an owner from depleting their team, if a future 1st round draft pick is traded that owner will be required to pay 50% of that seasons entry fee (The one from which the pick is traded). This will prevent a team from being "left for dead". If an owner decides to leave, the 50% fee already paid will allow for a replacement owner to be found.
Salary Cap
This league will operate under a similar salary cap to the NFL. For the 2014 season the salary cap will be $133 million, with a minimum salary of $300,000. The salary cap will raise to equal the NFL salary cap in 2015.
Rookie Drafts
A 5 round Rookie draft will be held via MFL with a 12-hour time limit per pick each year. Draft style will be straight order 1.1, 2.1, 3.1, 4.1, 5.1. Rookie draft spots are determined by previous year's finish, with 1st overall pick being awarded to the winner of the Toilet Bowl. For more details please refer to the NDFL Bylaws
