Archie and Fred call Meathead and Lamont dummies for a half an hour, and they both instinctively dislike Julio. Maybe they eat Julio's goat and become friends? Grady puts the moves on Edith?

Use sitcoms, dramas, cartoons, documentaries, 20/20 episodes, etc.

The Enterprise crew from Star Trek The Next Generation gets transported back in time to 1920s Atlantic City NJ and Boardwalk Empire. Everyone confuses Data's waxy pale complexion for Steve Buscemi's and he takes over the city.

Tony Soprano lands a job as the head coach of the New York Jets on Hard Knocks. Geno Smith disappears and is not heard from again after throwing 4 picks in the 2nd preseason game.

 
ALF finds himself on the island without his memory and the smoke monster torments him until Desmond accidentally slams the hatch on his junk. Hilarity ensues and the episode goes sideways.

 
Stinger and Avon are hunted by a new task force. Sheriff Andy Taylor puts his top man Barney Fife in black face to infiltrate the drug gang. Opie takes up boxing at a gym ran by a local negro by the name of Cutty. Aunt Bee visits her new neighbors to borrow some sugar not knowing it is a local stash house. She is sold to the Greek for his prostitution ring.

 
Tyrion flees King's Landing for one of the Summer Isles where he's hired by Mr. Roark to great guests at his resort.

Seinfeld and Cheers. The 4 Seinfeld regulars take that booth right by the front door of the bar. Diane is their server, Frazier's in his spot, Woody and Sam behind the bar, Norm and Cliff in their spots, and Rebecca in the office with Robin Colcord sitting at the bar seat right outside her office. Kramer gets up to use the restroom.

 
What if Breaking Bad ended with Walter White going into witness protection, and then Malcolm in the Middle begins?

(No one's thought of that, right?)

 
What's Happening vs. Beverly Hills 90210. The collective gang can't decide whether to dine at The Peach Pit or Rob's Place and a full-on race war breaks out.

An old spy show mixed with the animated irreverent humor of the Simpsons. Maybe it could be voiced by several members of the cast of Arrested Development. That would be awesome. Fingers crossed!

 
America's Top Model meets Naked and Afraid

Naked runway shows in the jungle! Heidi Klum would need to host though.

 
Maybe you could somehow put together the grit and substance of Hill Street Blues with the pop culture savvy and musical sensibility of Friday Night Videos. I don't see any way that could fail.

 
Law & Order meets Fawlty Towers meets Gilligans Island.

When the district attorney needs more evidence to prosecute the rich guy who murdered his mistress, it is up to Basil and Gilligan to inspect the crime scene again. They arrive at the crime scene to discover Manuel trying to hide the evidence Basil forgot to bag up.

Basil gives the district attorney an evidence bag with Gilligans hat in it. The judge(Professor) thinks something might not be right, but is convinced by the assistant district attorney(Ginger) not to pay any attention to that.
