Derrick Morgan, thoughts moving forward (1 Viewer)

I had high hopes for him last year as certain metrics showed him getting a ton of pressure that just missed turning into sacks. Now it looks like TEN may at least run the 3-4 situationally if not a full switch. What are you guys expecting if a) they stay a 4-3 and b) if they switch to 3-4

Thanks!

Really even with him having his college D line coach now as the Titans D line coach. And R.Horton as his Def Coordinator. I'd advise waiting at least till 15 before cutting bait.

He hasn't had more than what...6 sacks in a season? Averages about 30 tackles per season? And now will probably be moved to OLB in Horton's defense. Nothing about him jumps off the screen at me.

Unless you are in a very deep league where any kind of starters are valuable, I don't see any reason to hold on to him. If you are hoping he'll stay a DE it may be a pipe dream.

I'd have to disagree. Especially considering Horton runs a 3-4 and 4-3 defense. I wouldn't give up on the 1st rnd pick who is in a contract year just yet. Horton isn't going to waste his talent. Look at what the DE players did in CLE and AZ under Horton. Morgan is at least that talented.

even with that said, he's not a viable starter as on OLB
