Substitute teachers first day. Gets her number during class, texts with her all day, nails her in the classroom at the end of the day while the school was in a pep rally, and records it on his phone.

The age of consent in DC is 16. And in fact legally once you reach 16 you are no longer considered a child in DC based on the law I read.

Yeah I know. But I am never sure what I think of that exception. Right now in DC I guarantee you there is someone over the age of 21 banging some 16 year old chick and that's legal. I get the whole power part and all that. I just don't know that I agree.
