Yes it's early. but if you want to get the best dirty Santa gift you need to get going early.

Our parameters, which seem to be consistent for most parties I've been to over the past decade, is nothing pornographic, but most everything else goes. Alcohol is fine, gag gifts, useful gifts, whatever. $10 is the stated limit but that's fungible. Adult party but kids might attend.

Some ideas from last year which I'd like to beat: poly the parrot, a Darth Vader goblet, homemade shotgun shell Christmas lights, old DVDs, a Packers football.

Sex toys are usually a hit... Get 3, all different sizes. When you see a woman trying to trade with others for the bigger one, you have easily identified the easiest gal in your office. GL!

 
I took my kids to a unique thrift shop over the weekend looking for an office gift, one that has life-sized statues of dolphins, pirates, and a elf hooker (that took some explaining). I bought a cheap frame, printed a headshot of Bieber and autographed it as the Biebs. Then wrapped it with a Bieber singing toothbrush. I gave it to the CFO in our office Secret Santa.

 
I once got stuck with a white elephant statue in a "white elephant" gift exchange. Creative, sure. Stupid, uh yeah.... I'd rather have $10 at Wendy's.

 
Think it was someone here that did this but thought it was pretty good. put a picture of yourself in a frame and autograph it with some cheesy saying. Put a gift card in behind the frame.

This is good, but not in an anonymous exchange. Could do one with the boss if she's willing.
