Big fan of Pacino in Devils Advocate. Charleze therone nekkid just pushed me over the top in my admiration for the movie.

Gabriel Byrne- End of Days

Crappy movie but he was good. Made the rounds on TBS/TNT?? this past weekend.

got the wrong Bedazzled - Peter Cook actually IS the Devil. He joined us for a short time to show us how much fun Hell can be.

Ray Wise does a good job on Reaper.

Movie-wise, I'll second the Gabriel Byrne nomination although End of Days otherwise was quite forgettable.

No mention of "Rosemary's Baby"? The Devil rapes Mia Farrow to father the Anti-christ. No one actually plays "The Devil",although he is definitely a character. VERY creepy movie, it you haven't seen it.

The ones they were kicking around work were weak, like George Burns in "Oh God you Devil".

Best Satan ever = John Glover in Brimstone. I can't buy him in any other role. It's like Adam West will always be Batman.

Voted for the guy in Constantine, I thought that was a very cool take on Satan, buuut never seen the movie with DeNiro.

Not a film, but the robot devil in Futurama comes to mind.

Nicholson definitely not getting enough love here, although I didn't vote for him either . . .

Let me give you a little inside information about God. God likes to watch. He's a prankster. Think about it. He gives man instincts. He gives you this extraordinary gift, and then what does He do, I swear for His own amusement, his own private, cosmic gag reel, He sets the rules in opposition. It's the goof of all time. Look but don't touch. Touch, but don't taste. Taste, don't swallow. Ahaha. And while you're jumpin' from one foot to the next, what is he doing? He's laughin' His sick, ####in' ### off! He's a tight-###! He's a SADIST! He's an absentee landlord! Worship that? NEVER!

even though it was brief, i liked Viggo Mortensen in The Prophecy
Yep. Too bad the movie sucked beyond belief. Now that I think of it, that's weird - there are very few even pretty good examples, let alone great ones. Pacino's had its moments but was too over the top. Too bad because he's a great candidate for the role. Didn't see DeNiro and don't even recall one in Exorcist - just the kid (demon, not the devil, I thought).

Pacino easily. After seeing that movie my wife can't watch anything with him in it. He creeps her out.

Unfortunately Pacino has delivered most of his lines the same way for the last 10 years. Halfway through that dialogue, I remembered his 'she's got a GREAT ###...and you got your head all the way up it!' line from Heat and laughed.

Gonna queue some of these up in Blockbuster based on the comments in here.

I only got through about 1/4 of Constantine and I've never watched Angel Heart or The Prophecy.

Plus doesn't he pull off the mother-daughter threesome? That has to be some bonus points there...

All

Had to go with - Al Pacino- The Devil’s Advocate

Great role and performance.

Also some very  moments with Theron and Connie Nielsen and her companion.

:lmao: Came in here to post the same one. I voted Pacino, though.

Accidentally voted for Pacino. Dang.

Meant to choose Jack. His speech in the church is better than anything Pacino does in that whole movie. or anything Pacino has done for about 20 years, come to think of it.
