Does anyone have a strategy that they could share in leagues where the total cap money must be used for the draft and any add/drops for the year?

I save none. I like having it available during the draft and any free agency money I need I get from the guy I was going to cut to make room for the free agent.

I was in Mo money invitational salary cap league for a while and it was a contract 34 player roster with full idp. keep all the players you want year to year but fit under the $1000 salary cap, You also recouped no cap space for cut players.

I found that 50-100 range was about right. If its your first go around and no keepers than I would probably suggest $60. A little more if you can keep guys year to year.

thanks for your replies.

the seed money that you start the year with must be used for the draft and free agents. no money is recouped for dropped players.

i'm considering saving about 10% for free agent add/drops and to fill in bye weeks for K/DEF/TE.
