Bilal Powell (not as much as I hoped)

Phil Tanner ( might be Dunbar now)

Who are you targetting? No question I'm missing a few. And wrong on some of the ones I've got

Hunter is a guy I've intentional bought in both my dynasty leagues this year, and I've caught crap for it. He is the best runner not above 30 on the 49ers who are a run first team.

My list goes:

Hunter

Bryce Brown

Hilton

Shorts

Blackmon

In that order. I'm expecting another QB change in Jax obviously.

I don't really consider guys like Kendell Hunter, Kendell Wright or Stephen Hill "stashes", as they are generally tough to acquire from other teams as they probably invested a high rookie pick for them. To me, a stash is almost a flyer, though maybe I'm getting the definition wrong lol.

Someone I would consider a stash is Rod Streater, who to me looks like he could take over the WR #2 position on the Raiders.

Like the Gettis call as well, along with TJ Graham.

 
I consider stashes guys that don't have value this year but could next. Agree wright isn't applicable though

 
I am assuming guys like Kendall Hunter, David Wilson and Ronnie Hilman are not available at any discount, but if they are, then by all means make the move for them.

Like the TJ Graham. Most explosive WR on the Bills. Stats would be better if his QB didn't have a pop gun arm.

David Gettis is a guy that I've got in a lot of leagues. Steve Smith isn't exactly young and I don't think LaFell is a rock star or anything like that. There is opportunity here.

If I had to throw a dart on one it is jean but i would bet on their future at WR being drafted in the top 50 this year. No stars but a lot of starting caliber options

Im not 100% sure on the others but the main reason I listed Dwyer earlier is his contract is up by seasons end... now either PIT resigns him and lets Mendy go or I could easily see a team like ATL sign that kid to carry the rock after Turner... I think its fairly safe to say Quiz is not the answer there and Dwyer right now is a faster/powerful Turner imo.
 
Dwyer would be a good compliment in either Tannessee or Atlanta, other places too I'm sure, but he's a RFA at season's end so I don't see the Steelers letting him get away. Whether he has value or not depends what they do with Redman (RFA) and Mendenhall (UFA), I think it comes down to Dwyer vs. Redman vs. draft due to their cap issues but that's just my guess.
