FPC Championship Round (1 Viewer)

Alex - FFPC

Footballguy
First of all, congratulations to all League Champions and all teams moving on to the final stage of the Footballguys Players Championship -- the Championship Round where one team will walk away with $125,000 for a $350 entry!

Most importantly, please remember that these results are NOT official until Friday 3pm Eastern so any stat change may effect the outcome of the league matchups and the Championship/Consolation Round seeding.

In the meantime, the qualifying teams will begin to be placed in the Championship Round starting tomorrow. Teams which did not advance to the Championship Round from the League Playoffs will be placed in the Consolation Round.

There is no further free agency in the FPC. There is a Thursday game this week once again so please don't forget to set your lineups!

Lastly, all prize winners will begin to be contacted by email after Week 16 has concluded. We appreciate your patience. :)

The Championship and Consolation Rounds have been populated. Please check for accuracy. If you feel there is an error, please email support@myffpc.com with your name, league name and team name and an explanation of what the error is.

Does a team in the 120's, 130'3 or 140's have any chance at all to win this thing? Seems like way too many teams to jump with everyone having similar players.

IMO yes - teams will likely have to hit a homerun 200+ pts on at least one of the 3 wks to get into serious prize $.The #200 ranked team is exactly 20 pts back which is not much if you hit 1 or 2 homeruns. What's more important is how unique your team is.As a front runner you'd prefer your team score higher pts with common players to minimize the ground others make up.If further back you will need to not only score hi but possibly take chances with lesser owned players.

This is right on the money. I am guessing that in order to win the $125,000 a team will likely have to score close to 600 points during the 3-week Championship Round. It doesn't matter where they currently are in the standings. Any team can explode and win. The good news is there are about $175,000 in cash & other prizes to be won so there will be plenty of happy owners at the end of Week 16. If your teams scores very well it will get rewarded, even if it doesn't win the whole thing. Good luck! :)

As noted by Alex it will take 200+ scores to make a big splash in the Champ bracket..

Early Wk14 Championship bracket stars... This is their wk14 score/not their total Champ score.

These teams have so far made big moves up the oa standings with either 200+ pts or a chance to reach that total.

225 Saint Kip (F)

205 Beantown Patriots- Azzurri (Cruz & Jski)

195 XO Stars (Cruz)

183 Kimura 5 (Tolbert, Crosby)

180 ER Spares (Romo, HeywardBey)

177 Nevus (Jacobs, J Nelson)

177 Dump Um Out (Crabtree)

176 Brees n Crackers (Murray, Den DT)

174 HangingAround (Spiller, Knox, CHI DT)

I'm sure there's a few more that will sniff 200 pts.
