Is anyone concerned about Julio Jones going forward? This is his second foot fracture in the exact same spot, which is a little concerning. Is anyone selling him? What would it take for you to move Julio?
I don't own him in dynasty but my guess is most owners aren't concerned. I was out of the playoffs and the Julio owner was in the playoff hunt. He needed a running back pretty badly and I made several offers. Sproles, and Cobb for Julio. Decker, and Spiller for Julio and Decker, Vernon Davis and Sproles for Julio and nothing worked. I have enquired a couple times during the off season and he has asked for Cobb, 1.5, 1.8 and Spiller, or Martin, 1.5 and 2.01.Is anyone concerned about Julio Jones going forward? Imagine that, his bones are stronger than steel...Didn't a screw in his foot fracture and break?
I'm no doctor, but that just does not sound good...
Yes concerned. It's the same foot obviously. Without the injury, he would be in my top 3 for WRs in dynasty. Now I would rather have Calvin, Green, Thomas, Gordon, and Bryant. After that you have to take the risk on him. Now in my salary cap league, I would be more worried about locking him into a long-term contract. But would not bump him lower in the rankings. Just would be cautious about signing him longer than 2-3 years. Is anyone concerned about Julio Jones going forward? How can he ask for two different offers that are so far out of balance?? The first one is an obvious NO, but that second one to me I think I would do for JulioI don't own him in dynasty but my guess is most owners aren't concerned. no way I take Thomas (injuries and ancient Qb), Dez (head case) or Gordon (head case and no Qb) over Julio. Situationally he's got the best cast around him by far of those players. I traded Calvin for Julio and Lacy a few weeks ago to give you an indication of where I value him.Yes concerned. It's the same foot obviously. You traded Calvin for Julio.................................that sentence should have ended there. Getting Lacy also??? that is silly of that other guyno way I take Thomas (injuries and ancient Qb), Dez (head case) or Gordon (head case and no Qb) over Julio. I wouldn't trade Calvin for Julio straight up. But he's a Lions fan and I am a Packers fan so when that offer showed up in my inbox, I took about 3 minutes to click accept. You traded Calvin for Julio.................................that sentence should have ended there. No you read that right I typed it wrong. His offers are always out of whack. When we were talking last season before the trade deadline he kept sending me offers and I kept rejecting and he was venting that he had sent out like 50 offers and not one had been accepted. I didn't have the heart to tell him that his offers were always terrible. On several occasions he has told me he is interested in Spiller but would refuse to pay top 20 running back price for him. He tried trading me Peyton Manning the year he was injured for Percy Harvin and Decker. How can he ask for two different offers that are so far out of balance?? edit................read that wrong, I thought the first one was Cobb, Spiller, pick 5, and pick 8
Cobb, 5, 8 was still too much.
Spiller or Martin, plus 5 and 13, I would have done
