$65 fees with full payouts
16 team IDP with 40-43 roster spots, 3 IR, 8 Taxi
12 keepers with salary increases

5 Auctions and 1 Rookie Draft
The main aspect that draws owners to this league is that it runs nearly all year long. By this March, we will have made our keeper selections and started preparing for the first auction. Then there are 5 auctions and a rookie draft spread throughout the Spring and Summer.
The keeper rules are structured well, and allow a lot of turnover of good players. If you have experience with IDP and salary cap auctions, you can be competitive in your first year. I started a few years ago with 1 year auction experience and absolutely no IDP experience, and built a playoff-caliber team by my 2nd year.
The new owners will not be taking over the new teams directly. Instead the new owners will participate in a dispersal draft, where they get to take turns selecting players from any of the open teams to form their own team. There will be a good pool of players and picks available, because the open teams range from the lowest in the standings (early draft picks) to playoff contenders.
