- Division Realignment
Divisions are realigned based on last year’s regular season standings. In 2015 the even numbered teams in the 2014 end of season standings were aligned with the American League and the odd numbered teams in the 2014 end of season standings were aligned with the National League. The 2015 realignment is displayed below.

2015 Realignment:

American League
01. Hot Kitchen
03. Baseball Bandits
05. Swing and a Pitch
07. Inglourious Batters
09. Flyin Frenchman
11. Mayhem
13. Gruesome's Grinders

National League

04. Team Phenom
06. BARRACUDAS
08. Roo’s Red Sox
10. Base Ballers
12. Kwick Play

- Trade Policy
No anonymous objecting of trades is permitted. All owners who object a trade must give a brief explanation as to why he or she objected a particular trade. If a trade is objected anonymously that veto will be discarded. The beginning of the “Objection Explanation Period” will be announced by the commissioner following the successful vetoing of a trade.

If a trade is objected four times and brief explanations are given for all four objections during the “Veto Explanation Period”. When the trade comes to me for a final decision I will kill the trade. If there is a lack of explanations on the four objections during the “Objection Explanation Period” I will approve the trade. The explanations need not be long or detailed. Simple and to the point will work best.

- Minor’s Eligibility
All players, based on position, are eligible for “Minors” status until a player reaches 130 at-bats or 50 innings pitched. Once a player who has reached that limit is recalled from the minors, that player can no longer be legally placed into “Minors” status without occurring a penalty. However if the player is not recalled, even when the limit is reached, the player can remain in “Minors” status for the rest of the season and playoffs. Any player over the 130 at-bats or 50 innings pitched limit that is removed from Minors status will lose “Minors” eligibility forever. All players over the 130 at-bats or 50 innings pitched will lose “Minors” eligibility the next season regardless of status. Also just because a player is actually in the minors does not mean that player is eligable for “Minor’s” status. “Minor’s” status is strictly determined by at-bats or innings pitched. If a pitcher is actually in the minors and has over 50 innings pitched, he is not eligible for “Minor’s” status. The penalty for this violation is the loss of all points occurred on the day of the violation. No excuses will be accepted. A penalty can only be reversed in the case of a statistical error that is admitted by CBS Sports. CBS Sports will be the sole source of statistics. MLB.com will only be used as a secondary source in the event this information is absent from CBS Sports.

- Playoff Format
Six teams will advance into the playoffs. The two teams who win their respective division will place seed one and two. The first and second seeds will receive a bye week. The third seed will compete against the sixth seed and the fourth seed will compete against the fifth seed. In the second round the first seed will compete against the lowest ranking seed to advance. The second seed will compete against the other seed to advance. The final two teams remaining will compete for the league championship and the grand prize.

-Teams that do not qualify for the playoffs will be unable to add or drop players during the three week playoff period. Once a team is eliminated from the playoffs, that team will be unable to add or drop players as well.

-Playoff Seeding Tiebreakers for Division Winners
When two teams have identical records and are tied for first place in the same division, the following tiebreaker methods are applied in this order:

*Overall Division Record
*Number of total points scored this season (PF in standings).
*Winner of regular season series. (All teams play everyone in their respective division 3 times)

- Off-Season Protocol
During the off-season all free agent players will remain on the waiver wire. Once all owners have paid and the Supplemental Draft has taken place, the waivers process will start.

- Supplemental Draft
Our annual Supplemental Draft will take place in March. Each owner will receive four draft picks. The purpose of the Supplemental Draft is to draft rookie players drafted during Major League Baseball's First Year Player Draft or any player who is currently available via the free agent pool. All undrafted players will be placed on the waiver wire to begin the free agency period.

The Supplemental Draft Order is determined by the previous season’s regular season standings. The team whom finished last shall receive the first overall pick. Following the Supplement Draft the waiver order will be in reverse of the draft order.

In order to be able to participate in all four rounds of the Supplemental Draft owners must have four open spots available on their roster. If you have acquired an extra draft pick or picks you must open up more spots on your roster to accommodate the extra draft picks. If you only intend on drafting in the first two rounds then you would only need two open roster spots.

-Rookie Players
Major League Baseball holds its MLB First Year Player Draft in the midst of the season. Thus once a player is signed CBS Sports adds that particular player to the database shortly after. It is illegal to add or claim rookie players from the current year’s draft. Also it is illegal to add or claim international players who sign in the midst of a season. International players who sign in the midst of a season are considered rookies. Rookie players must remain free agents for the Supplemental Draft the following March. For example if it is 2014 and the 2014 MLB First Year Player Draft is held, and the first and second round picks are added to the database, those players must remain free agents until our 2015 Supplemental Draft takes place. If an international player signs with an MLB club at any point during the midst of a season that player must remain a free agent until our 2015 Supplemental Draft takes place.

Penalties for Adding Rookie Players
• On First Offense: All four draft picks for next year will be vanquished and the rookie player claimed will be returned to the waiver wire. Your team will also score zero points for the day of the violation.
• On Second Offense: Add/drop privileges will be terminated for the rest of the season (including playoffs if eligible) and the rookie player claimed will be returned to the waiver wire. Your team will also score zero points for the day of the violation.
