Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips or finely chopped chocolate
Chopped chocolate, chocolate sprinkles, or mini chocolate chips for topping
Melted white chocolate for laces
Pretzels, vanilla wafers, apples, or other desired sides
Directions:
In a small bowl whisk together the flour and salt. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat together the melted butter, sugars, and vanilla until smooth. With the mixer on low, add the flour until just incorporated.
Add half of the whipped cream and beat until smooth. With a rubber spatula, fold in the rest of the whipped cream. Add the mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate and keep mixing until well distributed.
Form the cookie dough in the shape of a football and cover with more chopped chocolate, chocolate sprinkles, or mini chocolate chips. Melt white chocolate in a ziploc bag in the microwave and snip off the edge so you can pipe the laces on. Arrange sides around the football and enjoy!
