Using Vegas odds to stream defenses? (1 Viewer)

I have all sorts of strategy on streaming defenses... One thing that seems obvious to me that I have not see brought---using Vegas betting lines.

Vegas betting lines seem to be pretty darn accurate. Wouldn't it make sense to check the over/under and point spread to see what team is predicted to have the lowest amount of points?

It's absolutely a tool in the arsenal. I'll use it to confirm what I'm already thinking or to challenge what I'm thinking.

In other words if I'm seeing a game as low scoring but Vegas sees it the other way around it gives me pause and I try to understand what I'm missing. They are more accurate than me.

It's one useful source of information, but keep in mind that most fantasy defense scoring comes from sacks & turnovers.

That's not really something you can predict... Unless you realized last year to stream every Giants game.
