Championship Sunday, heroes and goats (1 Viewer)

Goat (expected): McCown & Travis Kelce; (unexpected: Cody Parkey)

Showed-up: Jordy Nelson

Unless I get record-setting performances out of both ODB & Jeremy Hill, that will about sum up my loss this week.

Goat: Myself for dropping Bullock and picking up Susiham in one

Hero: Any Miami player you've got going (I have Wallace in one and Tannehill/Miller in another)

I need the same two to dominate. ODB started well!

OBJ is going to win people a lot of money this year. These past 3 weeks are just outrageous. I have him in one championship and I'm going against him in the consolation in another so it's still TBD if his play helps or hurts me this year, but there's no denying that he has single handedly won people championships this year.

LMAO...like most weeks, Jordy & ODB are giving me a chance (albeit a very miniscule one this week).

Looks like I'm gonna wind up losing by 13 (barring another 80 yd TD by Jeremy Hill w/ 2:41 left in the MNF game). I started Josh McCown (it was either him or the likes of Jimmy Clausen/Whitehurst/Bortles/etc once Cutler was benched for week 16); opponent had Russell Wilson. Who knew that Clausen was the way to go?

My team did what it was supposed to do, overall. No duds although Brees was disappointing as usual this season.

But the guy that really came through for me, the hero who did more than I expected and got me the win in my eyes (as I only won by 3.5 points), was FJax. Heroic effort to throw up more than 20 in the championship game when he's all I had at RB.

Goat: Stafford, Kelce...............I shoulda played Cam and Ertz instead..........but I had no reason to believe either was the better play....that's FF

Goats: I had Luck, D. Allen, and Vinatieri on one team! Other goats = disappointing performance by the Bucs, Mike Evans, Greg Olsen, Kelvin Benjamin, Forsett (neither scored above 10 points)

Heroes: Tony Romo, Eddie Lacy, Jordy Nelson, C.J Anderson (thank goodness for his receiving skills!)

Goats:Jamaal Charles, Donte Moncrief, Jarvis Landry, Gano

Heroes:Sanchez, Carolina defense

Lost by 3, DT nudges in the end zone here, Gano hits that field goal, so close. Time for the fantasy Rugby season...

Goat - Stafford. Dream matchup and completely #### the bed.

Bad beat - Rode Hauschka all year at K but dropped him this week for Barth as I was going against Peyton and wanted to have a way to minimize the potential of a Peyton blowup, or take advantage of any stalled drives. Haushka (even with 3 misses) still scored 5 pts. Barth scored 4, and 1 missed FG. I lost the championship by 0.3

Ouch man, it's not real life thankfully, what do they say? First world problems...

Goat - Me for benching Tannehill

I see a number of people listing Charles and Kelce as goats, I think that title should go to Andy Reid.
Despite benching Tannehill for Cam and Charles and Kelce underperforming, Sanders, Cobb, Talib, Shady, Wallace, and Suh pulled it off.

Next week Super Bowl :bag: (a few of us have lobbied to change it but didn't get enough votes - good thing though, I would have lost last week)

Aj green was a real dud. He went off during week 14 when I had a bye and then laid two eggs. Didn't even top 1000 yards this year.

I was winning the whole night and was up by 6 and proceeded to lose by a point in the last two Denver drives due to the Manning interceptions and CJ Anderson getting his late yards. If Manning doesn't throw INT four late I would have won. It was like he was trying his best all playoffs long to get my team to lose. Tough night.

Goats 1: week 14 Demarius/Jimmy Graham got me bounced in first round or playoffs (granted, to a team with Jam Charles and Demarco Murray) on a team that started 1-5.

Heroes 1: Same team won the toilet bowl going away last night, thanks to RWilson, JHill, ODB, and my week 14 goats.

Goats 2: week 16 D.Allen, M.Evans, A.Rogers.

Heroes 2: ODB, CJ Anderson, and steady Eddie Lacy were enough to win my first Dynasty title. I should list Leveon Bell and M.Evans and A.Rogers for even getting me to the title game after starting 2-4.

Heroes are SEA defense, Hill and Stewart. All waiver pickups for me!!!

Goat that made me sweat = Andrew Luck
