I'm 25. I went to college in Massachusetts. All of the "diehard" fans who I went to college with don't know who Lawyer Milloy, Ben Coates, etc are, and they're all incredibly arrogant but simultaneously have the Napoleon complex that making a thread like this would require. So that's a big part of why I dislike the team; the whole Spygate thing doesn't help, but honestly, I respect the hell out of the Pats and Belichick and Brady and really the entire team. It's just that the entire fan base is insufferable.

Agreed that every team has some d bag fans and if their team is winning they are hard to ignore.
Not sure I understand the "cycle" comment; if you are implying that it is a ### for tat type thing I respectfully disagree. Are there a few NE fans here that are antagonistic who I wish would tone their acts down, yes of course. However, the only cycle I see is NE wins, that is their and their fans greatest sin, they are constantly relevant. NE wins, they and their fans get trashed; rinse repeat.
We see so many threads and posts dedicated to trashing NE and their fans; what's wrong with having a little fun with a thread about what might really be driving some of these people? I'm not taking about the people who are sick of seeing NE win all the time and simply want someone else to win. I'm talking about the ones who openly cheered when Pollard tore up Bradys knee, the ones who pollute thread after thread after thread with derogatory comments directed at NE and their fans. What drives these people? Why do some people seem to take such pleasure in bringing misery to others? I don't get it; how miserable must their lives be.
I urge Pat fans to please not call out anyone in particular (we don't have to, they do it themselves) and don't feed\engage the trolls. (at least in this thread)

Those (95%+ of the community) who aren't trolls should have no problem with the thread.
