Jordy Nelson Limited (1 Viewer)

if you were the Packers coach, would you really push him to play against the Jags? probably give him the week off, right?
Coaches dont think like that, this is the NFL, if Nelson is ready to play he will play.
I agree.however, if Green Bay takes a significant lead, I can see them sitting Jordy in the second half or the 4th quarter.I guess it also depends on how bad the injury actually is. At this point I feel like I'm in the dark on this.

Gonna be a problem all season. This is one of those that needs a month off to fully heal.
What was nature of it? Sounded like practice tweak.
He's completely guessing, plus he's a Jordy hater. Evidence:
droppable in most formats. Too many other guys who catch the ball. Lot of sets being run with Cobb/Jennings/Jones
Sell him for anything you can get. He won't crack 800/5 this year.
The writing is on the wall here... Jordy Nelson is a bye week fill in, nothing more.
Remember when Jordy Nelson was relevant? That was a fun 10 weeks.
:goodposting:Nice work, but finding Dought Man fishing trips is low hanging fruit.

I learned a lot about hamstrings last year as a foster owner. I think when it comes to them, teams pretty much are starting to come around to the idea of waiting and not even thinking of putting a guy out there and pushing it because if you "reinjure" one, it undoes all your progress and sets you back even further.

This year, although its kind of off the radar in fantasy, look at how long it took Dustin Keller to come back and look at Ben Tate now. These are multiple week issues for players these days.

Any updates? I guess we won't know until 12:15 or so. Headed to Knicks game (noon tipoff) so I guess I'm stuck with Shorts. There's a joke there somewhere...

I have James Jones and Heath Miller as my possible flex plays, Rolling with Miller over Jones.

Officially gets the "brittle" tag - gets hurt when nobody touches him...
