Why are these tools who run the Bills not even talking about this possibility. I would easily see 3 more wins for Buffalo this year, and more than likely 5 more wins. That said, I voted 4. Maybe even a playoff berth.
Collins was okay in Oakland, but in that offense, he shouldv'e put up better numbers.Anyway this will never happen since Buffalo seems happy with the three guys they got. None are getting cut, and none are going anywhere. Why are these tools who run the Bills not even talking about this possibility.
Ahh what a difference a year makes. No way Collins would lead the Bills to anything other than ten losses.Where's the negative option?
I wouldn't take Collins over Holcomb at this point.
9 [ 1 ] [2.94%]
I agree. I think at this point Holcomb is a better QB.Where's the negative option?

Was he also bad with the Giants because the Giants are a terrible team? Collins' record as a starter over the past three years, with two different teams, is 11-30. And the Bills had the #29 rated defense in 2005.He was terrible on the Raiders because they are a terrible team. The Bills are pretty bad, but not in the same tier as Raiders.
OK, I can see that. That's just a simple misreading of the question then.I'm sure he meant 9 wins.
Being that I see them at 4 or 5 wins this year, with Collins, I could see 7-8....so I voted +3.
thanks......hickup..........what were we talking about again???OK, I can see that. That's just a simple misreading of the question then.I'm sure he meant 9 wins.

Defense.Would someone explain why if the Raiders can't win 9 games with Collins, why the Bills could?
Buffalo's defense ranked #29 in yardage allowed and #25 in points allowed in 2005. Among other things, they allowed 38 points to the Oakland Raiders (the most the Raiders scored all year). Maybe that's why Noah's Troopers is under the illusion that Kerry Collins is good QB. They also allowed 30 points to your Jets with Brooks Bollinger at QB, similarly the most they scored all season.Defense.Would someone explain why if the Raiders can't win 9 games with Collins, why the Bills could?
I see a gigantic improvement on defense this year, will go from a bottom 5 to a top 10. I say with full confidence that the Bills defense is much better than the Raiders and don't care what the stats said last season.Buffalo's defense ranked #29 in yardage allowed and #25 in points allowed in 2005. Yeah, I have a buddy who's a Bills fan, and he thinks that every year, too.I see a gigantic improvement on defense this year, will go from a bottom 5 to a top 10. I say with full confidence that the Bills defense is much better than the Raiders and don't care what the stats said last season.
Yeah - as the question was put, I was not speaking to the Bills 2005 defense - I was speaking to their 2006 defense.I see a gigantic improvement on defense this year, will go from a bottom 5 to a top 10. This is just silly. If both could be signed for the same price on the open market, 32 of 32 teams would sign Collins first.I agree. I think at this point Holcomb is a better QB.Where's the negative option?
