Assuming a RB heavy league, probably right around Norwood. 7-9ish.

Ediit to say that I wouldn't draft him here, but suspect others will.

Like I said yesterday, I wouldn't pick him in the top 20 unless it was with the intention of trading him immediately. The hype is ludicrous. Guy will be riding the pine or out of the league within two years.

The title of this thread is a pretty lame attempt at a pun, by the way.

Anyway - in my league because of the way the rules were written for the eligilbility of the rookie draft ("All players drafted in the NFL draft..."), Mike Bell is not eligable to be drafted and is like any other free agent.

Thanks for the dose of sanity. The hype is outta control. Count the Mike Bell threads on page one alone...

I personally wouldn't take him in the top 20, but somebody will jump on him in the top 12 due to the hype.

If anyone takes him over the top 5 RB's or top 2 QB's they are nuts IMO.

:goodposting: The situation looks more like Quentin Griffin than Terrell Davis to me... but I maybe wrong - and I will gladly let someone else waste an early rookie draft pick on him

The draft in 2 of my leagues is done. We have a bidding system on free agency with $300 to spend for the year. Right now in one of the leauges he is at $40 and the other he is at $20. (I am thinking about bidding him to push the numbers up, but my luck I would get stuck with him :wall: )

I agree completely. Did I just say I agreed w/ EBF? I knew I did not feel well.

How about over the top 4 WRs? top TE?
I wouldn't take him over any of the top WR's, TE's, etc, but i guess i could see someone's reasons for taking him around the 9-12 area, not that i agree with doing that.

Over this past weekend I had a dynasty rookie draft and he went in the 8th round.

If that draft were this coming weekend, I'd guess the Bell/Dayne owner would possibly grab him in the 2nd since he has no definite starter on his team right now.

I am a T. Bell owner and my rookie draft is the Friday. My pick is 1.09. I cannot decide if M. Bell is there if I will take him or not. Most likely I will pass on him and try to draft him with the 2.18 pick.

I doubt he will be there at 2.18. I just saw him go at 2.05 in a RB favorable 14-team dynasty.
