Scoring System Question #2 (1 Viewer)

This question is mainly about Quarterbacks, but certainly needs discussion about other positions.

I sincerely thank you if you take the time to read and give an academic response.

In this league: 10 teams

Starting Lineup:

1 QB

1 RB

2 WR

1 TE

1 K

1 Def.

ALL TD's 6 points

All yardage is done by total yards combined (rush/pass/receive) not individually

QB - once a QB achieves 150 yards they get 1 point, then 1 point per 25 yards from there (so yardage is less valuble.

Int's = -2

Completion % is awarded points in this fashion:

55-59% (for the game, no minimum on attemps - and only QB's get it, not RB/WR) = 1 pt

60-64 = 3 points

65-69 = 5

70+ = 7

RB/WR

1 point achieve when 50 yards is attained.. then 1 point per 10 yards after that.

Also 1 PPR

TE

1 point per 10 yards (no minimum)

1 PPR

How do you think this affects my draft.. what players take advantage of this system... How should my first round look in this system?

I know that TE's are up... receiving RB's are HUGE (tomlinson probalby #1 overall) and accurrate QB's.. who's super accurrate that I should target?

Please give me any thoughts you can in how this should affect my rankings... especially since the Draft Dominator leaves me high and dry on completion %...

I think TE's are MASSIVE in this system.. Gates is a monster.

Peyton Manning would seem to be very solid also.

Receiving RB's are off the charts... Westbrook, LT2, Jordan (if he repeats those 70 catches) really should be upgraded.

wow, most good starters are over 63% these days..

I wonder how much of an edge palmer's 68% is over someone with like a 63-64%... probably only about 2 ppg..

I guess i'll be focusing more on QB's with TD's + completion % with low INT's.. and not focusing much on yardage.

I wish the draft dominator would take completion % points though.. i'm really concerned that my whole VBD may be jacked.

Can I at least get a sarcastic reply like: Maybe you should just join a different league.
