not an injury yet but Musa Smith getting some looks on opening TD drive for Baltimore. Jamal Lewis scores TD.

1. TRENT GREEN Taken off field on stretcher. Trent Green has feeling in all of his limbs but doesn't remember what has happened...
2.TROY VINCENT Out.
3.TAKEO SPIKES Out.
5. LARRY ALLEN they just said that Allen's return is doubtful... They described Larry Allen's injury as a sprained knee. No update on his status yet.
6. VERNON DAVIS Vernon Davis just went to the locker room in the ARZ/SF game with what the announcers described as a hip contusion. They were checking him on the sidelines after he fell on a ball earlier in the game. Vernon Davis just returned to the sideline.
PLAYERS WHO RETURNED:
4. WALTER JONES Walter Jones just called for holding so I guess he is back in now

Not to be morbid or anything (I don't have that game here) how hurt is Trent Green....hospital hurt or 1-2 weeks concussion type injury? :(

We have no info yet, but I'd be surprised to see him on the field again within a couple of weeks. Very ugly injury, even though it was a clean hit.
He hadn't moved yet when they took him off the field so it's pretty serious at least in appearance.

This is probably the wrong thread, but under the rules, I don't think that was a clean hit. He slid feet first.

I don't believe Walter Jones has returned. Rolled his ankle ... looked like a high ankle sprain and he needed assistance to leave the field.

49ers Left Tackle Jonas Jennings left the game a couple of plays before halftime with a right ankle sprain. No word on seriousness but he was hopping on his left leg to avoid having to step down with his right foot as he went to the sidelines.

Hate to speculate, but it looked like his achilles. Obviously the Fox announcers are no help at all.

Didn't see him mentioned, but John Abraham left late in the game with what looked like a groin injury. He was a beast today, so I hope he's o.k. Haven't heard a follow up report.

FWIW as Edwards is a former player I always thought he was a bit "lenient" on injured players. He's not like Parcells who pushes guys to get back on the field. This may be a bit longer than expected for Green.grabnmcbutt said:
