Tatum Bell (1 Viewer)

Actually, what was reported was that Shannyrat was going to give Tatum the brunt of the carries this game to give him a chance to "distance" himself from Mike Bell.

So it would seem that if Tater-Tot can have a good game tonight then he may just get the "featured" back spot ..... of course until he fumbles a few times over the next few games, then we'll be right back to square one.

Tatum in for the next series as well. Looks like this could mean good things for his owners. I wonder if it has a lot to do with Mike's finger?

What, watching the game isn't enough? Why does everything have to have a "link?" We have eyes.
And their next game Mike Bell will get the same opportunity and the Shanny will decide for the following game that the best situation is for the two Bells to rotate series. And by the way, anybody that says Plummer sucks. I"m glad that this game is on nationwide TV and people can see how pourous that passing line for Plummer is. It rivals Oaklands. Only difference is Plummer throws the ball away where as Brooks holds on to it.

Mike was not that good at Arizona...
He wasn't bad at all. He had two one thousand yard rushing seasons, 3157 rushing yards, and 450 receving playing on bad teams that were always behind. I think he was pretty good at Arizona.

As a Mike Bell owner, I saw this coming a mile away.

:alsoowncadillac/jordan/chad/cooley: :(

Why are people so into the Bell situation?

Mike Bell is a undrafted rookie. Tatum has played well. What is the big deal?

11 carries for 61 yards. I kind of wish I would have drafted him now.

The key will be what they do in short yardage. T. Bell isn't that guy, and that's where the chasm is between him and the prototypical Denver RB.

His true test is whether or not he hits a wall soon. That's been his knock in the past.

hit a wall?? what are you talking about. how can you hit a wall when you only get about 15 caries a game?? he's never been given the oppurtunity to hit a wall!

he has 13 carries at the half. will he get the bulk of the carries in the 2nd half?

mehhh...if you take away his 4 longest runs he only has 16 yards.
some idiot always makes this statement but fails to realize that you can make this point about EVERY RB in the league. typically when someone has a great day running the ball it is b/c he broke one or two big runs.
