Week 10 Venting Thread (1 Viewer)

I had to two tough choices. Jennings or Plaxico. And 2 rb's out of Addai, T.Bell, Caddy and A-Train. I went w/ Jennings and Addai/A-Train. Come on baby, daddy needs a win!

 
Portis has been the worst of all the first round picks this year. He's gotten hurt in 3 games where he started so you couldn't even use a bench player. Atleast Alexander hasn't been in an out of games so much.

 
I'm sure I'm not the only one who started Kevin Jones over Gore this week. Ugh. It sure has started out to be a crazy Sunday.

 
If I start Vick, he sucks. If I start Palmer, Vick blows up. I mean there are no exceptions. That's all i can take, I can't take no mo. Vick is on the pine from here on out. :ptts:

 
Here is hoping Portis comes back in the second half. I lost McGahee last week.

Kitna is not lighting up the world so far, especially since I have him and Williams both going...lets start hooking up boys!

 
so, i trade away ronnie brown, steve smith, chad johnson, and dante stallworth..for Portis, Marian Barber, and Matt leinart... salary league, had to shed dollars... and CJ starts to contribute, and portis gets hurt...

 
every ### #### week i start coles he does NOTHING.

this is 4 weeks of him putting up single digit freakin numbers when i start him. $#@##@!#@!

Oh yea, playing my co-owner in one league in which we have chad...well he got chad in this league too...#$#@$#@$#@

Started Gore..great game...concussion..ugh

Got Taylor in...

1-3-HOU3 (4:36) M.Jones-Drew up the middle for 3 yards, TOUCHDOWN.

ah man...

this guy got 2 players going ( chad and mason ) and they are bothing having their best games of the year pt wise... :(

and denver loses a chance at a shut out... #$$#@$

I think I am going to vent now about starting Romo over Palmer...guess the matchup for Palmer was not as tough as I thought it was. :wall: (here is hoping Romo now proves me wrong! :banned: )

Every week I foolishly wait for Moss to do something, anything. And every week i kick my self for starting him. This guy doesn't even care anymore, and quite frankly neither do I. I wasted a 3rd round pick on this stiff. It's really my fault for trusting him, but I will never be fooled again.

I see you missed the thread where people were debating whether to start him this week.

You have to play him mainly against subpar defenses. You don't play him every week.

He is nothing more than "just another player" with a big name. Better luck next time.

 
Thanks alot TBell...must remember to leave my roster alone. Changed McAllister for TBell. Should just remember to avoid the Denver running game...it will always give you an ulcer.

I have him in a 16-team money league, and as a 3rd rounder I almost feel like I'm going to have to go down with the ship. Should I gol with Caldwell the rest of the way? Or do i play matchups with Moss? I really don't want to have deal with him anymore, and nobody in my league wants him.

Whitted, Madsen and Curry all did better than him.

And Champ Bailey had 9 tackles so that doesen't indicate to me that Champ just shut Moss down nullifying both either.

So what the heck happened?

Was Moss on the field every offensive snap or what?

 
I got up the nerve to bench him this week for C. Henry (not that it was a huge difference). I can't see Moss starting on my team anymore unless something major happens. It's sad that such a talent is useless on that team.

:goodposting: The past 5 weeks, I have started the wrong QB in 4 of them and I have Vick and Palmer. :bye: to Vick for the rest of the year. He HAS been consitant, until this week. This week he just looked awful. I only got to see about a quarter and a half but, yikes. I traded for Palmer for a reason........... Im going to live or die with that decision.Palmer Express.... ALL ABOARD!

LOL...same boat here. Never thought I'd be analyzing Henry and Moss matchups for a WDIS back in August.

So you watched the game?I didn't see it. Im just seeking confirmation here that he didnt get benched?If Champ was covering Moss all day I don't see how he would have been 2nd on the team in tackles...
