Have nothing updated on him yet..same info you got.Seahawks | D. Jackson misses practice WednesdayWed, 29 Nov 2006 19:02:26 -0800Mike Sando, of the Tacoma News Tribune, reports Seattle Seahawks WR Darrell Jackson (knee) missed practice Wednesday, Nov. 29, but he will play Week 13.Darrell Jackson did not practice on Wednesday. They said he would play on Sunday, however, I am a little concerned when I hear knee and Darrell Jackson. Anyone hear anything?
New to this stuff huh?..He happens to be the 10th rank wr...52/805/9TD's..I think this does make a difference! What difference does it make? Its not like they can't replace his 2 catches for 20 yards from last week without too much of a problem.
I'm right with ya man. In my dynasty leage, ppr, 1 point per 20 yards, 6 points per td...he's the #5 receiver.I tried like hell to get him last year, couldn't, got him insanely chepa compared to what he's done. I've got him in ALL of my leagues. Great value, one of my biggest keys to success thus for this year.Probable for Week 13 and will play Sunday. What is left to say?He is a consistent, albeit not sexy, WR1 that most smart drafters got as a WR2 or WR3 (me in the 5th - too much value even w/ preseason knee issue).Unless you are stocked at WR, if this guy is vertical on Sunday you start him w/ confidence. There is something to be said for a guy who puts up a solid 15pt avg (PPR). EXAMPLE: many Ocho Cinco owners are enjoying the last few weeks, but what about the first 9? A low Round 1 or high Round 2 pick (CJ in my example) that sleeps during the first 9 weeks can bury your team! For many CJ owners, I bet those 45 point weeks are "dead" points...meaning they are out of the playoff picture.Sorry about the DJax man love. Long-time owner and believer. Good luck.![]()
aren't all players beat up this time of yearAnyone else that thinks Branch might be a better play this week? Considering that DJax now has a slight injury plus the fact that he'll be going against Champ all night?
I think that the Seahawks did have a practice today. So unless they were just giving him the day off, which is possible, it seems that he is more "beat up" than others. I guess by that rationale, Champ Bailey is probably "beat up" too, so he probably won't be able to cover him very well, and all things considered DJax should be upgraded.aren't all players beat up this time of yearAnyone else that thinks Branch might be a better play this week? Great analysis as usual. What difference does it make? Its not like they can't replace his 2 catches for 20 yards from last week without too much of a problem.

No, of course I'm not. mbuehner was just trying to be nice, which I appreciate. However, numbers do not lie. Branch has gotten more targets than Jackson since Hass returned from injury. He is?4 WR Jackson,Darrell SEA 11 0 0 0 52 805 9 0 134.5Come on H.K., you're better than that. Is Champ going to be on DJ or Branch? I view the 'Hawk WRs as 1a & 1b. With the bad knee and Branch's big play ability I would think Champ would be on him.valhallan said:I took it as a precautionary measure. That said, I'm still not keen on starting him against Champ in Denver.
