snorlax

Zzzzzzzzzzzz.
This is the runoff for this poll. I've set it up a little differently than previous runoffs, but I hope it makes sense to everyone. It's taken a long time so far to find QB24; let's get some votes here.

These are consensus dynasty rankings for year 2007 standard FBGs scoring no PPR

Also, please comment on your vote, and list any player that should be nominated for the next round.

I like the chatter going on so lets keep that going as we vote. Discussion about why you prefer one of these players compared to the others is useful to everyone involved and offers insight into how people in your leagues may view these players compared to others.

1. Peyton Manning 3/24/1976

2. Carson Palmer 12/27/1979

I lke the style on this poll. Good job. Went w/ Brady, followed by Penny. If I'm drafting a new dynasty team, give me the guy who's career could be 8+ years longer without the shoulder surgeries.

Took Pennington. I could see Brady going the David Carr/Joey Harrington route if he doesn't land in the right situation.

Not to mention the arm strength

Seriously? Bulger at 13? Just behind Vince Young, Matt Leinart, and Tony freaking Romo? What more does he have to do? And while I understand that Kitna might not even have a job next year, I'd still take him over some of the completely unknown quantities or known suckbags in this list.

I think Young and Leinart are too low if anything. Romo's position is explained mostly by the time that poll was taken, when he was on a real hot streak before he cooled off at the end of the season. I do agree that Bulger is low.Again, I encourage you to vote. Have you been drinking, or just a bad night of poker? You seem upset.

Chad Pennington 6/26/1976 is #24, Brady Quinn is #25 [ 16 ] [19.05%] Chad Pennington 6/26/1976 is #24, someone else is #25 [ 28 ] [33.33%] Brady Quinn 10/27/1984 is #24, Chad Pennington is #25 [ 22 ] [26.19%] Brady Quinn 10/27/1984 is #24, someone else is #25 [ 18 ] [21.43%]
This poll is a little closer than it was earlier, but it's been up almost a week, and Chad's been leading the whole time, so I'm giving #24 to him.Now as for #25, this is my method for awarding that. Obviously all of the people who voted Brady for #24 would also vote for him for #25. 16 people who voted for Chad as #24 also indicated that they would vote Brady as #25. Thus we have 56 people who would vote for Brady against 28 people who wouldn't vote for him, a 2:1 margin. Thus Brady will be #25.So Chad Pennington is #24, and Brady Quinn is #25. This is how I'll count these runoffs as long as I'm doing these polls. I'll be putting up a new poll presently.
