Yeah, and Tamba Hali is only 23.

He might be the youngest guy to join the NFL, but I don't know if he can prove it.

Accurate African birth certificates aren't easy to come by.

Where are all the people who objected to Maurice Clarett and Mike Williams coming out early with ridiculous arguments about their bodies needing to mature more?

He has a legit shot at signing THREE Big contracts over the couse of his career without having to threaten a hold out to renegotiate....

I agree. They turned out to be stellar and very mature after their college days.

Terrell Suggs was born 10/11/82 and made his NFL debut in Sept 2003 at the age of 20.

He was the youngest player in the NFL for both 2003 and 2004. Pretty sweet to have 40 NFL sacks at age 24. Mario Williams is already 22 years old.

On a related note, Suggs played really, really well this year and I think he is going to become a legit star over the next season or two as he gets a little older, stronger and more mature.

He has actually played four years of college ball, earning his degree in three years. From what I understand, he is very bright on top of being a pretty good football player.

That doesn't change the fact that he's 19; the argument some were making against allowing underclassmen into the NFL is that their bodies aren't up to the task. And the requirement isn't that players get a college degree; it's that they be out of high school for 3 years. It's hard to see how that policy benefits anyone.
