They are discussing Randy Moss. Will he be traded? Cut?

Clayton thinks he will be cut if not traded.

Green thinks he stays with the Raiders.

Who will fare better? Carr or Harrington?

Green- Carr becuase he will have a better chance to play behind Delhomme. If Schaub couldn't get time behind Vick, Harrington won't.

Clayton- If Carr is not the QB in 07, he will be in 08. If he beats out Jake at any point, the Panthers will start discussing an extension for Carr.

If the Raiders pass on Russell, what do the Lions do?

Green- take Russell. They need a franchise QB and if he falls they would have to take him, but they would likely try and move down.

Clayton- the right thing would be to take Russell, therefore they would not take him. They do like Russell more than Quinn. They may take Thomas or move down.

Green- if Oakland takes CJ, they may have a trade partner with Cleveland.

They are killing the Lions!!!

Is the Bledsoe type of QB dying out?

Green- things goes in cycles, but there are not many like Bledsoe right now. QBs are more mobile.

Clayton- the way he handled the huddle made him unique. The QBs now don't have the authority that Bledsoe commanded.

They are now discussing Pacman and Henry suspensions. Pacman says he was made to be a poster boy for the new league policy. He will appeal.

The commish gave him an out by letting him back after 10 games if all issues are cleared and not convicted.

Green thinks the suspension was too severe since he has not been convicted of anything.

Clayton said and Green agreed that Pacman may never be back in the league if he gets in trouble during the next year.

Green made the point that the suspension gives him too much free time, allowing him to get in more trouble.

Talking about the importance of the safety position with the emergence of Polomalu (sp?) and Ed Reed. They mentoned Landry and Weddle as 1st rounders.

Dolphins mini camp-

CPepp still not ready and not sure when he will be.

Lemon is the starter as of now and taking first team snaps.

They need a name and a leader at QB. Can't be CPepp or T Green, since they can't work out a deal.

Cameron will run the ball and then throw off of that. Start by building team at RB. Green says they will take L Brown if he is there.

R Williams should be back in a month and they will accept him back to the team as the backup RB. Expect RW to get 10 carries a game and can catch the ball as well. WIlliams will be welcomed back.

They lack speed at WR, with Booker and Chambers. What will they do? They need more depth, as Chambers is not considered a #1 WR. Losing McMichael and Welker hurts the depth. Cameron will get the TE involved in the offense.

Dolphins are watching Ginn, but they will likely not take him after he somewhat disappointed this offseason. The pro day does not matter as much as the game film and Ginn plays fast. Green thinks they need more help at OL than WR. If Brown is gone, the would look at Ginn, Okoye.

Arizona-

In good shape on offense with the 3 good WR, Leinart. Can they get enough out of their running game behind the line. They could be a playoff team this year.

It is not out of the question that they take AD based on value. They seem to like Thomas, but taking AD would shock the world.

Landry could be an option as well, pairing him with Wilson.

They are now talking about the schedule release-

It gets a lot of attention like 2 hours coverage from ESPN, NFLN and many website stories.

The teams that are on the playoff bubble really like to see their schedule and it is one of the biggest days in the NFL.

One problem with the schedule- 3 game road trip (only 1 this year), the triple road/home games against teams in division. Cleveland has 3 interdivision home games in 1 month.

Thanks Jeter.

You know you guys are the greatest. Did you see ESPN's recap from last week.

It sucked. You guys are much appreciated. This show gives us more info than a week of ESPN sports center.

Damn shopping and bb on my local ESPN.

Did they say Kevin Jones might be back for Det.?

Now talking with Todd McShay--

* Hearing that Oakland may take CJ2, but not sure if he believes it. Al Davis is leaning towards CJ2 but trying to figure out what to do at QB. McShay thinks they should take Russell. McCown or CPepp are possibilites to bring in at QB. If they bring in a vet, they will likely take CJ2. If they do not bring in a vet, they could take CJ2 at 1.01 and then take Trent Edwards in the 2nd. That would not be good value, but if they have no other QB by that point, they have to reach a bit. He would be a good fit with Oakland, but might not be a big upgrade over Walter.

The Lions options are limited by what they have done this offseason and in the past (QB and WR). The only option they would love would be to trade down. They would have trouble taking a skill player, but they do like Russell quite abit more then Quinn. They would have to look at CJ2.

Grouping Russell and Quinn with the other QBs from last year, how would they compare? Quinn would rank last among the 5, Russell and Cutler would be close to each other, Young and Leinart wuld be the top 2. He does not consider Quinn as a top QB prospect.

Ginn-- He ran well, but hurt his chances to be a top 10 pick. Scouts were not impressed. He was unable to finish the workout due to his ankle injury. One scout was impressed that he was able to run so well, even with the injury. He belongs in the 1st round, but will not ever be a #1 WR and maybe not a #2 WR. His value is with his retuan ability.

New discipline policy and its affect on the draft-- It has always been a big deal, but there will be players that fall in the draft because of character issues. Troy Smith, Marcus Thomas, Tank Tyler Brandon Merriweather could all fall because of past trouble. With so many talented players, why take a chance?

Value of Left Tackle-

It has been devalued the past couple of years for some reason, but they think that will change this year. Mentioned McNeill falling to the 2nd and giving SD great value. They then interview Joe Staley.

Sorry guys, I have to stop listening now. There is about an hour left in the show. I hope this helped some of you.

This is just wrong. Bledsoe did not have a ton of authority in the huddle. He went to NE (who sucked) but had a few very well resoected vets like Bruce Armstrong and Andre Tippett. Bledsoe admitted that he did not feel he could be a vocal leader with guys like that already there. If anything, Bledsoe struggled to lead vocally and in the huddle. He certainly did lead by example in terms of acting with class on and off the foeld, but that is a different subject entirely. He helped turn a laughing stock franchise around. Since it was a franchise I root for, I will always be a fan, even if he brain did seize up all too often in the red zone.

Don't forget how he stepped back in during that playoff game and got them to the first Brady Super Bowl, then stepped back aside when Brady was back. There aren't many guys who could both win that game and accept a re-demotion the way he did.

I can't get it to work.

I have the ESPN Radio Live Streams opened and I click on "Huddle" and it opens an ESPN web page and nothing happens.

What am I missing?
