I have seen varying opinions on what to expect from the Patriots offense with all the moves they made. Some see a huge evolution while others say expect more of the same (and some say with such a strong defense expect lower totals). Here's your chance to be heard, so vote early and vote often.

Considering the Pats were the 11th ranked offense last year with Caldwell, Gaffney, and Brown, there's no doubt their totals will go up. But WAY up, no. There just isn't that WAY up to go.

I think what everyone needs to focus on is the heightened value of Maroney.

Even if they do nothing, Stallworth and Moss lining up in opposite sides will strectch out the field. And Maroney, correct me if I am wrong, is a homerun kinda back. I may be counting the dump passes, screens and flickers and sort as sort of rushing (patriots bread and butter) - which will have less coverage and definately at a deeper than current point. I feel LM will find plenty of room to work with.

As for passes, Moss would say - chuck it to me baby. So, deeper balls may be seen more often (which has not been great with Reche though he certainly has caught his share, and these dudes are at least an upgrade over Bethel Johnson).

I am not even counting on the pass catching tight ends - what's that dude's name? - and Welker. But all in all the passing attempts should not be a lot more as BB loves to control the clock. I voted all yardage for more as I think they may be on the field for a couple of more downs on the field each game.

Well, 20% is a very large number. I would say I see pass attempts not going up much at all. I see the completion % going up somewhere to the range of 65% though. The added completions and added big plays due to better weapons and different skill sets will create the jump in the other categories. Still, as I said 20% is a HUGE number. 20% more yardage would be over 4300 yds passing. I don't see that, so I'll vote slightly increase. 20 % of 25 TD would put them at 30 TDs. That I can see happening and expect it to. So I vote way up. Now for the rushing totals. I think they will go up slightly as well. Maybe not the attempts (499 last year), but the yardage and TD totals. The better completion % and added big plays will create more drives, better FP and open running lanes. I'd say an increase up to about 2100 rushing yds (up from 1970) and 15 TDs (up from 12) sound about right. I would project roughly 6100 total yds and 48 total TDs for the NE O. This looks like a top 3 O IMO.... on paper at least. Actually, I feel even those number may be a bit conservative right now.
