Here is my impressions of offensive skills players from yesterday's sessions

QB:

Romo did not look good IMO. He was not hitting his receivers in stride and he was really struggling to pick up the open receiver. He too often forced throws to TO, but he will probably do that all year. He did run one in from about 6 yards out that was impressive and the crowd liked it.

RB:

Both played a lot. Same as last year, Jones inside 20's and Barber is def. the goaline back. Barber once got 4 calls in a row at the goaline. He also caught at TD and ran it in. Barber looked to be the fastest and best player on field yesterday.

WR:

TO is a show and the fans love him. Anytime he did anything he got a huge roar from crowd. TO is going to have big year because they will get him the ball. IMO he lost a step, but still should be good. Crayton looked very slow to me. I do not know if he was injured of what, but he looked to be very slow.

TE:

Witten got a lot of looks and should be a solid TE this coming year. Plus him and Roy Williams are the only real Cowboys that put any time in with the fans and signed stuff yesterday. I got Witten's signature and he is rising up my board!!

Rafael Vela disagrees with your assessment of Tony Romo:

The front seven did a good job of getting pressure in the QBs’ faces. Tony Romo continues his hot play, however, beating several clean breaks with darts to hot reads. He’s every bit as sharp as he was last week, perhaps even sharper now. There is no hesitation in his reads and the ball is delivered accurately every time.
