I've had two players hurt (Jennings and Scobee) and it's not even week 1 Sunday kickoff yet! :shrug:

 
There's nothing more demoralizing than losing to your opponent's defense even though your own lineup performs well.

L. Maroney. I hope he's not a wasted 2nd rd pick for me (8 team high stakes league).

T.Brady fell 3 yards below 300 (5 pt bonus)

Elam missed 2 FGs.

W. Parker had no TDs.

I left A. Peterson, and S. Holmes on the pine.

This was of course, the safe, smart, logical choice at the time -- but I started MJD over A Peterson. Is the JAX running game gonna struggle like this all year?

 
cuts away from a tied GB PHI game, with 39 seconds left, and GB inside the 35, so I can watch the kickoff of Det and Oakland..

more programming genius!!

 
i started Chicago's defense over Minnesota's defense :thumbdown:

i'm still on my way to an easy W... but i'd already have that W had i made that move...

 
Traded away Chicago's defense in a package deal for Brian Westbrook last week... :pickle: :thumbdown:

Not saying Westy had a bad day,but I wish it didn't include Chicago.

 
Started Portis instead of Adrian Peterson at RB2

My league, Portis scored 18 points, and Peterson scored 44!!!!!

Also started S.Moss in WR3 instead of S.Holmes

Moss: 2 points

Holmes: 18 points

Went 2-for 2 on Saturday.....Oklahoma and G.tech

Doubled up on Philly and Denver....

Now i have to explain why we have to have Mac & Cheese all week

Phew (sigh of relief), back in the mix thanks to the second half...but it still coulda been better if the refs hadn't blown that offsides call!!!!
 
Not only do FWP and Maroney not show up while Lamont Jordan is on my bench but I am down by a point. A "W" depends on the Lions kicking at least an extra point after their last touchdown. Does that happen...NO! They go for the two point conversion and I will chalk up a "L" after game one. What is worse I have Big Ben as the tie breaker. All I needed was a PAT from the Lions and I could have earned a "W". I should know better that the Lions will break my heart everytime.

This is why LT is the #1 FF player, even if the D stops him from running all game, he can score in too many ways.

After writing this I learn that Hanson kicked a FG and I am now up by two points. All that I need now is for the Bengals to rip the Ravens a new one. The team that I am playing has the Ravens Defense. Now that I am watching the game I see that the Lions recovered a fumble and the Lions have the ball again. What I need is a long FG from Hanson. What do you think my chancers are of that happening? :thumbup:
 
This just in: 4 team leagues suxor.

Never sign up blindly for someone's league without knowing for sure how many teams are going to be involved. Drafted as best I could and still going to lose by 100 points just by dumb luck. And there is really nothing you can do to change your roster, no great WW pickups, no trade bait, as every team is stupid stacked.

 
Where to begin? One dynasty league, I started Lee Evans, DJ Hackett, and Kevin Curtis (PPR league). Down by like 80 points (vs. Big Ben, Alexander, Reggie Wayne, Minnesota DEF/ST). Jeebus.

Don't even get me started on Deion Branch from another dynasty league.

 
In one league I left Curry and Peterson on my bench in favor of Branch and Caddy. :lmao: So far I'm still winning.

 
Over thought my DST situation and went with the stud theory. MIN DST put up 32 points in my league on the pine.

Went with my "stud", again, Reggie Brown. He put up 1 point. B. Marshall on the bench put up 11 points.

Now my game is down to BAL DST + Q Boldin VS N. Folk, L. Fitz, Heap, and A. Smith. And i'm down 59-56...
