Sorry no link but he is interested in playing for the Bears... No word on whether the bears have any interest...
Thoughts?

I'm also interested in playing for the Bears.
Why wouldn't they just bench Benson and start Peterson? This was on Rotoworld.......basically states whats already been said here......The player rep for free agent Corey Dillon says his client would be interested in playing football again "if the right team called.""Chicago is definitely a right team," agent Steve Feldman told the Chicago Sun Times. The paper believes the Bears will begin scouring the waiver wire and other teams' rosters if Cedric Benson doesn't begin producing. Benson should at least get a few more weeks before his job is in serious jeopardy.Source: Chicago Sun Times
Talent wise Peteson is not an upgrade, but the game I watched sure looked like he had some heart. That may win him more carries. Why wouldn't they just bench Benson and start Peterson? This was on Rotoworld.......basically states whats already been said here......The player rep for free agent Corey Dillon says his client would be interested in playing football again "if the right team called.""Chicago is definitely a right team," agent Steve Feldman told the Chicago Sun Times. speaking of Wolfe, i know the knock on him is that he is undersized, but how did he look in the preseason? i'm assuming he did't get any carries on Sunday. You'll see Garrett Wolfe get more touches before you see Cory Dillon in the Blue & Orange.
Because the teams that wanted to sign him he wasn't interested in and none of the teams he's interested in have tried to get him.Why hasn't he been on a team?
I'm also interested in playing for the Bears.
I have an incredibly thi rb team as well, but I picked up AnonymousBob instead of Dillon.i picked him up on my incredibly thin rb team..benson looked like ####.
He was playing with heart because he was trying to earn a starting spot. Too bad he didn't have the hands to hold onto the ball.If he didn't fumble, if they both held onto the ball, the Bears probably wouldn't be looking to pull someone out of retirement.mdog1967 said:Talent wise Peteson is not an upgrade, but the game I watched sure looked like he had some heart. This news, albeit likely nothing was just enough to push me off the fence and give Benson/Vince/Calvin for Brees/CJshredhead said:AnonymousBob said:I'm also interested in playing for the Bears.I have an incredibly thi rb team as well, but I picked up AnonymousBob instead of Dillon.DA RAIDERS said:i picked him up on my incredibly thin rb team..benson looked like ####.![]()
kinda makes you wonder why they drafted him if we don'tSouthside Stosh said:You'll see Garrett Wolfe get more touches before you see Cory Dillon in the Blue & Orange.
Don't forget my grandmother. She's still available on the waiver wire in most leagues, and still faster than Dillon...shredhead said:AnonymousBob said:I'm also interested in playing for the Bears.I have an incredibly thi rb team as well, but I picked up AnonymousBob instead of Dillon.DA RAIDERS said:i picked him up on my incredibly thin rb team..benson looked like ####.![]()
Been watching him since he came to the Bears and I don't get it either. I think people see a backup come in with fresh legs and gain more yards than the starter on a couple of plays, and they just assume he's a better back. Peterson will never be a starter, unless by injury.Jason Wood said:The Peterson love has always had me perplexed. The guy is a pedestrian runner; and while a franchise tailback can afford a fumble or two, a backup trying to earn playing time is going to have a hard time displacing the starter when they fumble in a key situation.
crap anynymousbob is not available in the yahoo league database yetshredhead said:AnonymousBob said:I'm also interested in playing for the Bears.I have an incredibly thi rb team as well, but I picked up AnonymousBob instead of Dillon.DA RAIDERS said:i picked him up on my incredibly thin rb team..benson looked like ####.![]()
I think if he went to the Bears he would not have to worry to much about splitting carries with Benson, the way AP and Benson looked Dillion could be the man in Bear town.PantherPower said:so let me get this straight, he wanted to leave one of the best teams in the NFL because he didn't want to split carries, but now he wants to go to the Bears? Just seems....odd. Don't blame the Bears for wanting him, just surprised he would do that, unless he's being promised the full time starting job...
This is the exact reason I came into this thread.Dillion could be the man in Bear town.
Hopefully we can put him in the line up at TE when they do.crap anynymousbob is not available in the yahoo league database yetshredhead said:AnonymousBob said:I'm also interested in playing for the Bears.I have an incredibly thi rb team as well, but I picked up AnonymousBob instead of Dillon.DA RAIDERS said:i picked him up on my incredibly thin rb team..benson looked like ####.![]()
Like Mick Jagger said, "you can't always get what you want."Buckna said:Like my daddy always said, "it doesn't hurt to want."
