Frank Gore limped off the field late in the second quarter Sunday.
Gore hopped off the field, then was wincing in pain on the sideline after finishing an 11-yard run. The medical staff immediately tended to him and appeared to be allowing Gore to try to test the injury, which is a sign that they don't believe it's serious. But his status for the second half is unknown. Michael Robinson and Maurice Hicks are Gore's backups.

Ronnie Brown injured his right leg on Sunday.
Brown's leg buckled underneath him as he planted while trying to tackle Randall Gay after an interception. He was able to get up and walk off the field under his own power, and later headed to the locker room. He will not return today. Oct. 21 - 3:02 pm et
