Huh ?Chambers DUI got dropped.I will not assume the same about Marshall's.I dont think the NFL will take action. Chambers got a DUI (to my knowledge) this offseason and nothing came of it.
gotcha. I didnt know that.Huh ?Chambers DUI got dropped.I will not assume the same about Marshall's.I dont think the NFL will take action. Chambers got a DUI (to my knowledge) this offseason and nothing came of it.
Here's the transcript from the field sobriety test:State Trooper: Ok, raise your right leg, tilt your head back and spell your name.Marshall: Whooooouuuuaaa!State Trooper: No no no, it says here it's "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" from the back of the throat.Marshall: No I mean, "Whoooouuuuaaa!" as in surprise and alarm. I'm losing my balanceState Trooper: Oh, you mean like, "AAAHH!"Marshall: Yes, that's it. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Pay a fine. I wouldnt be suspended from my job.Ok so what's the WORSE that can happened to him if he's convicted here?
I mean what's the worse the NFL can do to him? Can they suspend him for multiple games and/or fine him?Pay a fine. I wouldnt be suspended from my job.Ok so what's the WORSE that can happened to him if he's convicted here?![]()
I don't know what you do, but I doubt you'd be suspended from your job for steroid use either or fined for criticizing the officiating.Pay a fine. I wouldnt be suspended from my job.Ok so what's the WORSE that can happened to him if he's convicted here?![]()
If this is a first offense, I dont think there will be any suspension, and would be a game at worst. I don't recall him being in trouble before - did I miss something?ETA- Plus, we have a team where Henry is smoking a J on his way home from "work" to meet the mother of his future children and he is still playing. If there is a suspension, you'd think it would have to be by the NFL contract's terms.I mean what's the worse the NFL can do to him? Well, if I'm not mistaken, I think this guy may already be in the NFL Program.......so a suspension could be looming if convicted........Here's the transcript from the field sobriety test:State Trooper: Ok, raise your right leg, tilt your head back and spell your name.Marshall: Whooooouuuuaaa!State Trooper: No no no, it says here it's "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" from the back of the throat.Marshall: No I mean, "Whoooouuuuaaa!" as in surprise and alarm. Yup. Domestic abuse charges in March. Those charges were dropped, however.I don't recall him being in trouble before - did I miss something?
worst thing is he gets no punishment does it again and maybe harms someone else or himself.Ok so what's the WORSE that can happened to him if he's convicted here?
Chambers blew below the legal limit.I dont think the NFL will take action. Chambers got a DUI (to my knowledge) this offseason and nothing came of it.
since it said "suspicion of dui" guessing he also refused to blow so there is no proof. I believe Chambers didn't agree to a breathalizer until hours after he had arrived in jail.Chambers blew below the legal limit.I dont think the NFL will take action. Police pulled Marshall over at 14th and Blake streets. Details about the traffic stop were not available, police spokesman Sonny Jackson said. Marshall was booked into a detoxification facility for suspicion of DUI and cited, Jackson said.
"The average DUI can cost you $10,000 when you get one — and that's basically when you factor in your insurance going up, the fines and court costs and the classes that can be required," Jackson said. There were no details about when Marshall's court date was set.
Usually, the only thing Chambers blows is goats.Chambers blew below the legal limit.I dont think the NFL will take action. Chambers got a DUI (to my knowledge) this offseason and nothing came of it.
What does your job have to do with the NFL's personal conduct and substance abuse policies?Pay a fine. I wouldnt be suspended from my job.Ok so what's the WORSE that can happened to him if he's convicted here?![]()
