Interesting to see how Edwards does today. He has some very juicy matchups the next few weeks, and could be a decent play if he shows some promise.

i'd love to know this, too. mangini is worse with the injury reports than his old boss is, so i hope the "coles is starting" reports pre-game weren't a smokescreen.

now losman isnt much better but edwards just isnt good... logic would dictate a qb change... edwards 1 td 5 int 745 yards in 4- 4/2 games

The team in general is doing better. 3rd round pick in his rookie year on a team that is ANYTHING but a strong offense. **** Jauron is EXTREMELY conservative so they haven't passed much. Last week they finally opened it up a bit in the 2nd half. And this week it's closed right back up. 1 INT/game isn't bad for a rookie QB at all. 16 INTs over the course of a season? I'll take that.

Losman hits Parrish DEEP but he drops it. Right on the money and Losman took a shot to make that throw. Hopefully a sign of things to come... ACTUALLY THROWING

He went to the locker room to get his wrist checked out. He just came back on the field. No word on who is going to play next series. Hopefully Losman, would like to see what he can do right now against this D.. They should be ripping the Jets apart.

No offense to the Buffalo fans, but I had to start Edwards due to bye weeks and injuries, and I'm not too happy about it.
But just from following the first half online, it seemed like he was doing okay.

Edwards is pathetic. Losman has taken WAY too much heat for the terrible playcalling in Buffalo. Edwards can throw the 4 yard out if he has lots of time, but not much else. The Jets were getting tons of pressure, but Edwards had no idea where it was coming from most times (even though it was Revis off the corner every time). And Edwards couldn't find the open read off of the blitzes either.Losman has looked tons better already. He's able to move in the pocket (after actuallying SEEING the blitz) and throw the ball downfield. If Parrish hadn't dropped a ball that hit him right in the hands, the Bills probably have another 7 points. Edwards now has 1 TD pass and 4 INTs. Not too impressive for a guy whose strength is supposed to be managing the game.

Yeah, Vince Young sucks too. Did you see the #'s he put up today, pathetic.Don't you think the play calling of the coaches on both teams has something to do with the routes receivers run and the performance of both qb's?

Vince Young does suck as a passer.
Losman's strength is his terrific arm. Evans's best strength is his downfield speed. And yet the Bills kept calling all of these ridiculous 3 yard outs and screens the first two games and with Edwards since. Losman even complained about it after the 2nd game and the Bills were supposedly going to open up the playbook Week 3 except Losman got hurt on the first play of the game.

Maybe sitting on the sidelines for a couple weeks helped Losman to be a better qb, at least in this game.

I still can't believe the Bills are going to end up letting Losman go. Absolutely ridiculous. He's going to make some team VERY happy next season. Edwards sucks. Trent Edwards=Chad Pennington.
