The best Threads in the Shark Pool (1 Viewer)

Time for everybody to check your bookmarks and post the best threads you've seen in the shark pool. I will aggregate them and create a list in this post that everybody can bookmark. I was gonna put a limitation of making sure it wasn't outdated info, but then I started thinking that a good read is still a good read and the concepts should be good even if the data is old. If you are gonna post one of those threads just put a marker that says (outdated) next to it and I'll put those in a separate category. Thanks to everybody that contributes.

And if anybody has ideas on how to organize the list any better, please post below.

In the last couple of days, I highly recommend "Talking Strategy- Colts vs. Patriots". I started it, but I cannot take any credit for it's excellence, which is due to it's contributors- detailed, thoughtful, SERIOUS analysis from all sides, no insults, name- calling, hate, etc. Take the time to scroll this thread to see what good football discussion really is about...

I'd pick my favorite Patriots thread to link here, but there's oh so many that I just can't decide :)

p.s.--F&L's Dynasty thread is easily my favorite.

 
I have several off season strategy topics I have saved over the years. Some are old, but dig thru 2-3 pages and there is some very insightful views and ideas of drafting strategies and VBD issues.

There have been a ton of great pre NFL draft threads in the past, but I deleted the bookmarks.

I will try to dig up some other ones I use in the off season when I have time.

 
None of the links are working for me. There was one where best posters for each team were recommended and compiled into a list. Is that the SharkPool Insiders thread? Like I said, can't check it for myself.

:bs: Should be great posting - these are the type of threads I believe make this board the best around. Ideas that make you rethink or look at situations differently than you have before. This was a great thread and hopefully we can evaluate the criteria discussed after each season.

Yes, thats the SP Insiders thread. FYI, until they get fixed, working links are available in the reply posts.

Surprised to be included in this list, given how long I've lurked around the forums without posting.Much respect to the knowledge-base that is the Shark Pool, and all the SP Insider's that responded to my post.

Are these post left out there forever? I'd want to refer back to this one, as well as mine.

Yep, but sometimes they are hard to find on search, so it's a good idea to bookmark.

Again, from someone who I respect a lot in the FFA as well as here, I really appreciate your post. And we both have a soft spot for CNR(God rest his soul) and Match Game, NTTAWWT!I think I moved when Brett Summers passed away... didn't know about it till just a couple weeks ago...interesting that they both passed in about the same time period.
