CBS shows no penalty on Smith for a lost fumble. Is that correct?
Smith and Hall sorta caught the ball at the same time with Smith snatching it while being backwards, then when he turned around and started to run, Hall batted the ball, and it hit Smith's knee and went out of bounds in the endzone.
Now the fumble is there.So Smith was on his way to the endzone and fumbled? UGH. Which QB is Smith going to blame this one on?
Right, he was cruising to the end zone, and then just dropped the ball cause his butt itched, and he needed to use the hand the ball was in to scratch that itch. I doubt he will blame anyone except the makers of the underwear he was wearing. 100% cotton shouldn't be itchy.So Smith was on his way to the endzone and fumbled? UGH.
