Game Thread W12 - Washington V Tampa Bay (1 Viewer)

We need to win 2 of the next 3 games if we want a chance to be playing in Jan. I know what our track record has been lately. But with a Healthy Taylor and Randy Thomas in Jan. and a wide open NFC we could win a playoff game or 2!!!!!!

Today however will be a tough game. Starting Heyer at RT( who has been pretty sick all week) No caveman at fullback. I started Portis over Mcgahee this week, so this could come back to haunt me. Maybe Portis breaks a long one on the 1st play of scrimmage, like Gibbs 1st year back. THIS is a BIG BIG game for this team.

 
Garcia headed to locker room.

Santana Moss fumbles. Phillip Buchanon knocks out ball and Tennard Jackson recovers for TB and returns to WAS 18. E. Graham looking very good. Three straight runs result in a TD.

WAS can do nothing after the big pass to Cooley. Hilliard then fumbles punt but TB somehow recovers anyway. I have no idea how WAS didn't get that ball.

 
Gradkowski still in. Hits Alex Smith over the middle for a nice gain though pass was a bit overthrown. Graham is really gashing the Skins D.

I am a huge Gibbs advocate, but I'd like to see him take a job upstairs and open the door a younger HC.EDIT: Not saying that it is his fault that the Redskins can't hold on to the ball.

He would be my first pick as well. Unfortunately, I bet Snyder would promote Saunders or Williams.
 
Bucs really missing Garcia. Gradkowski just threw a horrible short pass missing a wide open Graham. Bryant kicks yet another FG. Will WAS turn it over again on this next possession?
