Game Thread W12 - Minnesota V NY Giants (1 Viewer)

Nice trick play from Jackson to Wade. Rolling it forward underneath the defense. The Giants weren't expecting that.

I think it's time to see what Bradshaw can do. Jacobs is awesome, Ward would be a fine fill-in in his absence, but Droughns is simply not good. He is nothing more than a short yardage RB at best, not a primary RB under any circumstances.

okay im officially very worried about this game. the vikings suddenly grew a passing d out of thin air and is completely rattling the giants passing offense and droughns is neither jacobs or ward

Eli doesn't look good, but MIN does not respect the running game at all. Coughlin needs to give Bradshaw a chance to help take some pressure off Eli. Droughns can't get it done.

This has been a total team failure. Penalties, turnovers, the complete inability to run the ball, terrible pass coverage on defense... Embarrassing.

I blame ESPN for the Giants struggles; on Thanksgiving they had a debate on whether or not the Giants could catch the Cowboys for the NFC East.

Eli is going to get a lot of blame by people who just look at the stats, but there have been tons of dropped passes and no running game whatsoever. Eli hasn't been that good, but he is not the main culprit in this game.

Really? I blame the defense.
And Eli.
Passes are being dropped, but Eli's not putting them where they should be.

He isn't playing that great, so don't get me wrong, but he is putting the ball in the hands of the receivers a lot and they are dropping them. Eli is much lower on the list of people to blame.

I forgot to blame Coughlin. We'll throw him up there too.

Why is Coughlin to blame here?

Am I imaging this, or does it seem like that whenever these two teams play, the team that is having the much better seasons loses?
