I see two winners and two games that are too close to call. I think the Chargers and Seahawks are not going to have a tough time winning. The Jacks/Pitt game could go either way and the Giants/Bucs is a toss up as well. Which Giants team will show up? The best game should be the Jacks/Pitt game but we will see.

Jax repeats week 14 win

'Skins and Giants show NFC East is tougher than South and West

Chargers name the score in weekend finale.

Skins 24-17

- Collins proves serviceable again, SMoss has a couple breathtaking receptions, Randle El does something good, and Portis seals the deal

POTG: Portis

Jags 27-21

- The battle of supposed "game manager" QBs. I like Ben, but Garrard plays a mostly mistake free game, Taylor/MJD combine for 150/2, and the Jags win a close one that we will call a very well played game on both sides

POTG: Taylor

Giants 20-13

- Eli makes some mistakes early, but Plaxico shows us that he can be an elite WR, Jacobs doesn't get many yards, but makes a couple tough drive sustaining runs as the Giants win a squeeker, but we all decide they have no chance in round 2

POTG: Plaxico

Chargers 28-25

- Despite the 90% voting for San Diego, this game is much much closer than expected. Chargers end up winning, but we all wonder what would happen if Tennessee had a gamechanging WR, while others argue that Young sucks

POTG: Cromartie

Surprised to see the Jags with a decent percentage over Pittsburgh. Seems like a lot of Steeler fans on the board here.

A lot of Steeler fans that just watched the Jaguars whoop the Steelers a few weeks back at Heinz field. The offensive line is terrible, the defense has been mediocre and Jacksonville is playing well.Who you root for and who you think will win the game are not always the same thing.

Anyone else think the Seahawks are a darkhorse NFC winner?
I'm actually surprised people are that high on the 'Hawks going into the postseason. With Branch and Hackett coming off injuries and the running game a mess, they're getting a tough draw in the Skins who are probably the hottest team right now in the NFC.

Particularly when they are Steelers fans who I have found to be well-informed and relatively unbiased. That is, football fans not blind homers.

I think the Hawks defense is rock solid. Hass has been carrying the team offensively. They need another week to get closer to 100% maybe. But if they do survive this week, they can play with any NFC team. While Washington has been on a roll of late, I'm not sold on them. I'm not a believer in Collins, especially against the Seahawks defensive backfield, and they need a good game out of him.
