A suggestion for future polls:

We have no idea where DMC, Stewart and Medenhall will go right now (which NFL team). Also there are some board members touting Stewart or Medenhall over DMC. With those still being variables, wouldn't it make more sense to list the options as:

1.1

1.2

1.3

What happens if the Patriots draft DMC and he has to split with Maroney, or the Ravens take him and he's gotta split with McGahee? It happened with Bush and McAllister. Could easily change the order of the top 3 choices here.

Not my poll, but just an idea.

But the 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 can change values greatly. Suppose all three of those RBs are taken much, much later in the draft than expected and draft scouts give them all less ratings than we expect. This would decrease the value of all of them. The easiest solution is to wait until at least the combine, preferably after the draft. :football:

I can't even imagine how fired up I'd be getting Grant around the end of the 2nd round, assuming a couple QBs and WRs would have been drafted by now. Crazy value!

Not a horrible idea, but why don't we just vote on vet pick 1.11 vs. 1.12? :blackdot:Part of this is to help show which rookies people like now, and situations are often overrated. Might do another set this summer.

Cannot believe that KJ is in 3rd.
 :D I am a KJ owner, and I'd deal him for any one of the top Rookies in a heartbeat. The guys who are voting for him must be bias owners, that, or they are completely insane.
This has been happening for every player, in every poll. Nobody in their right mind would trade the 1.1 for half the players already voted in. Kevin Jones however is ridiculous. I am an owner of his, and I like him, but if i coud get the 6-8 rookie pick for him, i would be thrilled!!!

I didn't even notice he was on the list. Isn't he coming off a torn ACL?
Yep.
To play devil's advocate, every RB up there has question marks. Some people don't think Grant is the long term answer, same with Graham. Lendale White was *ok* last season, but hasn't lit the world on fire. The rookies have never played a down in the NFL - high rookie RBs do bust. Brandon Jacobs hasn't stayed healthy as a starter and is in a crowded backfield, and DeAngelo Williams couldn't beat out a poorly performing DeShaun Foster. Michael Turner has never been a feature back in this league.Kevin Jones has succeeded in the past when healthy -- and though his ypc isn't gaudy by any stretch, but he runs hard and has talent. I voted for Grant, but I don't think it's that farfetched that Jones is in the mix. :(
