Everyone does realize that these votes are for dynasty? I'd like to know what person(s) would want Lewis.
F&L is the only guy who has even mentioned him yet, although he didn't vote for him. So there's your answer.
I haven't voted at all . . . didn't see much use.As for the King of the Wolfies, why would you rather have a guy who not only can't help you now because---surprise---he's out with a serious injury, but is also as unreliable on a weekly basis as you can possibly get, is likely to be sharing carries at best when he gets healthy (if not completely out of a job), and is unlikely to remain startable in the precious down the road area? A dynasty league doesn't mean go for the young guy who is always injured over the guy who just finished 6th among RBs, is obviously running with much fresher legs, and has a two year window of helping you win a championship. Lewis is the same age as Larry Johnson and is coming off a much better season. I didn't see you barking about "realizing this was dynasty" back when LJ was up for vote.

I didnt vote for KJ nor do I even have him in my top 25.I never look at a single factor when taking players. I balance out talent, situation and age.I didn't vote for LJ either, and wouldn't want him unless I needed a 1-2 year filler. That said, I'll be completely shocked if Lewis repeats his numbers next year. At best I would want Lewis as a RB3.Any more overreactions to my simple question? :bag:

I haven't given up on K Jones. Last season the entire offense was unreliable - K Jones disappeared because Martz didn't use him. He was consistantly productive two seasons ago, and had a very good rookie year. His injuries are a huge concern, but I've watched him run and he's got great talent and heart. If they fix the O-line he could be a beast. I also don't think it's a foregone conclusion that he's stuck in a RBBC or loses his job. He just has to stay healthy. The guys who didn't give up on Fred Taylor a few years ago have been nicely rewarded.

How is Kevin Jones getting votes here?
I would place Kevin Jones near the bottom of this list.He is a shell of his former self. His best days are behind him. WOW.
:goodposting:I think I would pick every other RB on that list over KJ.
It's hard to say a 25 y/o's best days are behind him.
Every RB on that list is younger or close to KJ's age, except for Graham (who has limited mileage).

Read my post Bronco. I never said I would take KJ over the others. I was not one of the people who voted KJ. I simply said it is hard to say his best days are behind him at his age. FWIW, I would rather at least 2, but as many as 6 guys over KJ depending on how the draft and FA unfolds.Edit to add: I, myself, am very surprised to see KJ 2nd in voting on this list. As an owner in two leagues, I would trade the guy straight up for 1.1-1.3. I guess I just assumed his value was rock bottom as it seems that way in the leagues I am a part of.

Ok, thought you're post was in reply to me saying that i would rather have every back on that list instead of KJ.

It was actually for your agreeing with his post about the best days behind him. :lmao:

Surprised at these numbers...isn't D. Williams the unquestioned starter in Carolina now? I could see one of the rookies maybe, but nobody can seem to agree on which one is best, and none seem a slam dunk to be a starter, let alone a stud.

Carolina has already said they plan to bring in another RB. Whether it to be a starter or to spell Williams is the question.
